The Healthy Mind diet - keeping it clean from things not concerning your Unity with One, acceptance of your duties is great to be powered up by also healthy body diet. I become vegetarian back in 2006 and never regret it. Later I made even a restaurant in Thailand. Now doing vegetarian fast food chain development and published my favorite dishes my wife cooks in the following book.

Before getting to the recipes and pans, I wanted to give a brief introduction on what this book is about and why I made it. Briefly - because of the munchies I get after a fat spliff is the reason I care for tasty food! As from Europe, the very first time I had an experience with Indian style food was in Vedic cooking classes in Belgium. While living in Brussels, as a vegetarian, I gathered many same minded people for Vedic culinary classes. The teacher of all that was from local Hare Krishna Radhadesh community and her amazing knowledge on how she was explaining all fruit, seed, vegetable qualities, mixing them up together with herbs and spices in the pan gave the mouth most maximum taste. She gave me inspiration for my restaurant business I continued later as McHalumi and the reason for this book to appear - to pass the knowledge gathered from ayurvedic cooking classes.

I became a vegetarian back in 2005. Before that I didn't have much experience with vegetables - I guess it is hard for all people who have got used to eating meat as the main diet to become a vegetarian I guess. For me the problem was in the usage of vegetables as some side-dish - I never thought of mixing them up with spices as for the main dish. I never knew how to make anything out of vegetables except some salad. That’s for sure not enough for a daily dish - a proper, tasty meal which satisfies your mind and body. In a morning I’m drinking usually yogurt blended with nuts and fruits. At noon I eat something proper and heavy like pizza, rice, chick peace, daal, bread, etc., but in the afternoon usually, my wives cooks some mixed vegetables. In the evenings we drink warm milk with spices. It increases good sleep quality and made properly with ghee makes rich Ayurveda spices to influence our mind and body during our sleep. Today all my family and kids are vegetarian.

The #spices described in this #book are also strictly beneficiary accordingly to ayurvedic traditions. And blended in the dish are not so spicy even if it is crowded with spicy #herbs. Few examples can be told like Cardamom - it's a natural antibacterial thing which helps us clean our bodies. Turmeric - there are dozens of books regarding the use of #turmeric in #blood cleansing. The same for #Ginger which is like the main ingredient. #Cumin seeds help our digestive system and #anise seeds help to digest the food.

Many people nowadays are worried about where to get #protein. However the top 3 protein sources in the world is rice, peace and beans. It's balanced. All in one dish. So at least one of your meals per day can be balanced and proper. In my cooking, I'm trying to avoid canned food preparing all from fresh and local ingredients. I know the farms I'm buying milk from. I make my own yogurt and cottage cheese called #Paneer and #Halloumi. So everything is "local", made with Love and with devotion to Love. In most of the cases even Ghee I make myself.

I do not use cooking oil. I use a product called Ghee because its resistance capacity to the high temperatures is much higher so giving the ability to cook higher quality dishes. Ghee is a product of cows. It is made from fresh milk after it is cleared from cream, then blended into butter then purified by boiling it and dividing the existent butter into 2 parts - fats and shiny golden oil - Ghee. So due to this procedure Ghee has been always a valuable product in any house and in Vedic times families richness was even counted by the quantity of #Ghee in their households. So that's the basic ingredient for any cooked meal I normally would use for dishes I would eat myself and give to my guests.

It's very simple to accept why this food is healthy: it's cooked on ingredients which are collected to balance your nerves and immune system as it stabilizes your all main energy sources further spreading also to the body wellness. Different tastes of our Indian food might probably stress you out if you have not used for a gravy spiced dishes, however once you overcome that feeling you will start to see the benefit of it week by week. in #ayurveda There is a saying: if you do not consume the food as a medicine, the medicine will become your food. So it makes our food to be not only beneficiary in terms of proteins but it is also less cholesterol and fat-free. Did you know that the world famous boxer Mike #Tyson is a Vegetarian?
I would like to conclude that in any cooking - if the importance of the Ghee is at the beginning of the cooking, then most important ingredient after finishing you dish - as important as ghee for a healthy body - is offering it to God. The food like this is called Prasadam. In other words - Blessed food - not just healthy and freshly prepared food, not just something to fully balance your daily bodies/minds/spirits needs but that all together and even more mixed in one. #Food consumed with grace towards God for providing it and in mind letting Him try a bit from it lowers our Ego and makes our days and at the end even the lives - filled with joy and happiness. Additionally - knowing that we are preparing a food suitable for consumption of #God - makes us fill it with #love during the preparation process.

I hope you find this book of my 108 Gems of Pure Vegetarian Food Recipes to suit you well for balancing not only your daily diet and bodies but also mind and spirit to be happy, healthy and wealthy! Your food might taste better if you put on some zHustlers chill out reggae dubby dobie mindsets! :)

I'm getting enjoyment in my life through music. I play it, I make it, I'm listening to. I play drums, I play a little bit piano, I play guitar a lot, bass guitar, I have and I can play Chinese Guiyang a little bit and Indian Sitar.

I do music since I'm five. I had my band even some years ago and I still choose to attend studio from time to time with my friends to gather together for some play. This hobby of mine gave me the opportunity to freelance for one of the Hollywood's TOP 5 Movie Director Randal Kleiser (http://www.randalkleiser.com) and operating a private music records studio BlackSeaRecords.com

REGGAE MUSIC IS MY MEDITATION

WHAT ARE THE MINDSETS?

Since five years old I fell for the first time in love with music by attending piano classes. Later the variety of instruments learned at the music school grow to xylophone, drums, guitar, electric guitar bass guitar and plenty of other less known and more national instruments of different nations from different parts of the globe collected during constant moving around and traveling.

Understanding different cultures which is so important while doing so important work in a studio where we transform your precious imagination into the peace of art accessible by everyone in non deviated state.

I started all of these activities after some dreams full of visions of animal and human souls and forms and how they interact to gain their experiences in between each other and everything. I looked for more information - and I found not only what I was looking for but much much beyond.

I decided to finally put me in charge of my life and went in trip to Kailash mountain. Which resulted in the book - Destination: Me - AND i UNDERSTOOD - THAT MINDSETS IS WHAT WE SET FOR US or what is set to us by others. I choose to have my own mindsets, setting my own purity standards for them, and finding my own gurus for them and went in search for them - for my ideals, life and visions.

The money off course is a necessity for every trip. But this one lasted 4 months with 60 EUR except for the costs of visas to enter a country. The general idea of this trip was to take this all trip on an as low budget as possible. As one of my friends told me once - the adventure starts where the money ends.

After this trip which covered Belgium, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, China, Tibet, Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand and Laos a book was published and available for purchases and viewing below.

MINDFUL POET MINDSETS COLLECTION WITH COMMENTS BY
  M a r t i n s    A t e

I N T R O D U C T I O N
zHustlers is an ancient wisdom mindset music project to remind everyone that the aim of a life is happiness and free one from a mindsets of slavery. And formula to it lies in the successful implementation of one's Dharma (designation), Artha (profession), Kama (gained pleasure) and finally - Moksha (redemption). In this book you will find ancient mindset poetry used by zHustlers music project gathered from different religios traditions worldwide and some poetry made up by myself aswell with my comments of each of them in order to eliminate daily stress and gain understanding of Truth. Read together with listening to the music online - search for "zHustlers" mindsets on your music player and enjoy reading together with smooth chilled out dubby reggae beat.

It is worrying how world today strives too hard and people are irresponsibly ignoring systems control mechanisms stretching it's roots deeper and deeper in our daily life selling to people lowest level happinesses for the highest price of a Life - increasing stress and decreasing aims.

This also has impacted the music we are listening to daily. Music was never suposed to be as degredating as it is today. Even Rockefeller Foundation had an interest in making sure the United States adopted the 440 Hz standard back in 1935 as part of a “war on consciousness” leading to “musical cult control.”  If you look down the right paths, it becomes clear that governments and various security apparatuses have used music to control us using music. All the music of the West that’s based on the standard 12-tone scale is used for the management of crowds as well as thought control not even talking about scenes considered as erotic 50 years ago being pumped for keeping consciousness at the lowest states of existence.

The monopolization of the music industry features this imposed frequency that is ‘herding’ populations into greater aggression, psychosocial agitation, and emotional distress predisposing people to physical illnesses and financial impositions profiting the agents, agencies, and companies engaged in the monopoly. For thousands of years music has been used for creative motivation and inspiration for usefulness and striving for Truth. Today's pop-music is setting up your mind for trouble causing and life devastating problems, having focus on animal level meanings. Even if it is hard to prove and it is very arguable question on human rights etc - this book is mostly nothing else than extractions from ancient sacred scriptures used in zHustlers music from saints and persons who have reached the highest truth with knowledge valuated for millenias.

Desire to be a part of humanity assisting fellow mates on our path for Truth based on Love, Divinity and Unity led me found my own music record label Black Sea Records giving similar minded artists opportunity to record themselves and spread the messaage of Love - thats where I also do all my work on zHustlers. The praises I have chosen to sing for zHustlers have been inside me for years. I have chosen my favorite ones to sing about  - the ones which describes at the best my own understanding on God through my wide travelling & tripping experiences. Hopefully you will find some attractive mindsets to see power yourself up for striving for Truth. The taughest part of this book is a full Patanjali Yoga Sutras with my comments on them - as they are mindsets used in zHustlers music.

The Vedas suggest that the Truth is beyond faith, magic and knowledge. This book is about looking at all religions as "letucies under One Sun" - each being in One and fully depending on One with one aim - to reach the One - Truth - avoiding spiecism. Poems of various writers are extractions from the lyrics I used in songs starting from first album placed in the begining of this book and last one - at the end in order to lift the veil from a reader and listener of these magical mindsets. Patanjali Yoga sutras - the full excerption of which is included in this book -  is considered as a main knowledge to understand the Whole. In the music they are represented in a two albums - Eight Magic Balls 1 and 2 covering whole course of Yoga Sutras.

What does zHustlers means? "z" is taken from as last letter in the latin alphabet expressing "Last" so fully meaning The Last Hustlers. Last due to believe that with increased dependency on robotics and A.I. and brainwave technology like 5G, biomagnetic fintech development like NFC,  after millenials will come out brain fried beings with less inner power to achieve personal goals - to hustle - and future society might be kept as a pets supervised by bots. So this book is for those last ones who wish to understand their goals and achieve them without depending on all what's happening arround. To be the last goal achievers - the last hustlers - by lifting the vail of ignorance with ancient wisdom mindsets while there is still a moment available to do so.

Google or search for zHustlers mindsets in your music player like Anghami, Napster, Amazon Music, iTunes, Spotify, Sounclound, Pandora, Youtube, etc! And think twice before you listen to the next latest radio hit again!

May Peace and Happiness be with all.

I knew that even birds are singing their beautiful praises for God. I also knew that only due to degredation you can sing about personal lusts of life. So I tried to mix the ideas of a sacred knowledge gained from my travellings with my own words. This poem was one of such a tryings to mix Buddims eightfold path wih a part of Bhagavad Gita quotes.

Dance! Lets do the Love Dance!
Lets dance for Forgiveness
Lets dance for Kindness!
Lets dance for Holiness
Lets dance for Truth!
Dance to Control!
Dance to avoid the sin!
Dance to percieve the knowledge!
Dance for Love!
Dance! Lets do the Love Dance!
(zHustlers)

Buddsim teaches that following the Noble Eightfold Path leads to liberation in the form of nirvana or moksha. Noble eightfold path consists of: right view, right aspiration, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration mixing with a verse from Bhagavad Gita 16.1-3: The Supreme Divine Personality said: O scion of Bharat, these are the saintly virtues of those endowed with a divine nature—fearlessness, purity of mind, steadfastness in spiritual knowledge, charity, control of the senses, performance of sacrifice, study of the sacred books, austerity, and straightforwardness; non-violence, truthfulness, absence of anger, renunciation, peacefulness, restraint from fault-finding, compassion toward all living beings, absence of covetousness, gentleness, modesty, and lack of fickleness; vigor, forgiveness, fortitude, cleanliness, bearing enmity toward none, and absence of vanity.
Dance for Love means that once we are humans let's aim for the highest aim of life - Truth through divine nature. Why do we think only saints in monasteries are not eating meats and praying all day? Each and every one will do it once thei will realise - this Earth is indeed like a closed caufin. By realising the necesity of cultivation of clean conciousnes one might reach the highest hights.

O N E   H A N D   D E M O C R A C Y
Originaly zHustlers was founded back in 2006. This was a first song after a long break still keeping heaviness and purely original lyrics briefly explaingin the history of humanity and reason why we are confused about gods and God aswell as why Cesars always proclaimed that their got the power from Gods.

One hand "Democracy"
Ruling the reality
Destroying the humanity
With a false Ego virtuality
Aliens came to Earth
300 man they came through Earth
they came to get the gold and onyx stone
and stoned they found a man on Earth
They gave a birth to better man
to dig the gold and onyx stone
like in Bible says, just read!
Open your eyes
and understand that we are chipped
under surveillance of this Babylon system

(zHustlers)

So many conspiracy theories some of them is hard to not to believe out there. Why some information is hidden? Why there are Information wars on influence over our minds? Who is paying billions for this to do so? It's a One Hand's Democracy - Sheep Show. Creating in my introduction described mind influential music to confuse and degredate society by that ruling the reality and destroying the humanity.
Falso ego virtuality - all those things unneeded we are just buying and using because we are consumers. Since childhood being raised to be like a squirell in a wheel to do a slave run after your impressed desires making your wheel turn faster and faster untill you are one of those 48% of US citizens today who are unable to pay for the housing themselves.
And why this system exists and who supports it? In ancient sumerian civilization manuscripts is written that highly developed beings visited Earth in order to get minerals and gold from Earth. First humans where even cloned. There are described 300 highly qualified scientists from outer space coming here for a purpose of creating us for to be slave for them - colonizators.
So the life cicle on Earth is privritten, the answer on why we find human bones millions of years old but know our history only few thousand years? Because human had a nature not to listen so much as expected it to be to the Creator(s) and they just have to wipe these sheeps from time to time out. They have even worned about it happening from time to time. Then returning and mixing survival genes with next modification. No evolution. Even Darwin himself admited it with tears in his eyes by the death bed. We are supervised and whatever choices we are offered - they are predetermined by those who is holding power of the cage.

P O L I G A M Y
Continuing the "drive in" from a far away history and "stone age" other fascinating thing the babylon system is continuing to implement in the society last 120 years through United Nation memberstates is Monogamy till the end of last century replaciong it after even worth with same gender useless nonsense they want to call a marriage aswell.

Since the Earth was turning
Man all around the world
Had many wifes
Families grew big
But a hundred children
was threatening the system
so clercks made it to fancy by the law -
to have only one wife.
Oh, woman, don't breake up the family,
just because your husband have more wives
Man are tended to live their lives in poligamy
That's our ancient rights.
The children suffers because of divoprcement
because woman don't understand
that man just can't be with one woman
ask your friends - then make it legal
to have more wives - it's nice!
Yes, it can be tricky sometimes -
But we all need Love.. Loved / Love
(zHustlers)

After I gave my second wife a chance to support my way and my life by joining my existing family created years prior I faced certain hardships due to my poligamic family and many misconceptions about it in a modern society so made up this song to explain my vision about this.
At the end the relationships between a male and femae in most cases ends up with babies. And at the very end all beautifull ladies are same old grannies we dont even notice today on the streets with their children and grand children and those lucky ones even with grand grand children. Man always had a multiple partners and I choosed to live such a way due to believe in it is good and this is how God made us to be. I consider monogamy a violation of the very basic not only human but even his souls rights. Woman is a man's assistant. Man can have as many assistants as he pleases depending on necesities of his duties. Poligamy is a natural family harmony where man at some point will even faster realize the Highest Truth rather than all life being inslaved by greedy non assisting - so in general experience taking wife. Man is by default poligam. No laws have not stopped him to have neighbours next ranch princess as a side business for a whole life. Then why are there such a strict laws on a man's wish to take care for more people in his family? At the end we all need love.

I' L L  T A K E   Y O U   T O   T H E   P L A C E
You know prophet's Bob Marley's song Misty Morning? Natural Mystic? I know the Place? So this is sort of that style of mood. I always wanna go to the place I know. I really wanna go to that place. I know where is that place you know!
I'll take you to the place
where are no suffers
I'll take you to the place
where love is in abbundance
let's fly to another planet
where people are more concious
let's fly to another planet -
- where love is real
I'll take you to the place
where people are happy
where following your dreams
makes your heart sing
(zHustlers)
It's far away and as far as close through space and time with only our egos and mindsets - understanding of happinesses - transformed - the place without suffers. Another planet - divine comparingly to Earth and ever. That's what these poems in generaly are about - gaining access through information about the higher realsm of Truth than our mind is capable of percieing today.

H E Y   M I S T E R   O F F I C E R
For some reasons this song become a favorite song of many of my causins and nephews. The point is I got indeed really seriouosly arrested for weed in Germany and Austria a few times per year and that was not funny at some point anymore so I felt an urge to write sort of explenational and educational song on cannabis smoking.
Hey mister officer, what did you do today...?
Your neighbour got a stolen bike but you are questioning me for weed.
Had your killed cow for lunch but now telling me how to behave
Arrested a man for having a spliff and now leaving family my in cold
I waked up greeted the Jah, gave donations, earned to eat -
to me it's such a ignorance and nonsense what you did today.
I just cant disrecpect you more for what you did today
Some nonsense of the system have made you illiterate to yourself
Do you honestly think you stopped a crime today?
After you let me out I had a spliff again.
Hey, mister officer, so what did you do good today?

I got arrested for having a spliff in Germany by Verkehrspolizeiinspektion Feucht - a country where marijuana is actually very decriminalized besides the fact that for a medical reasons it is sold in pharmacies and even paid by insurance companies if patient needs to be treated. C'mon.... isnt it completely my business what and when and how i smoke if thats not anyhow affecting anyone in the moment, past or possible future.....nonsense. Plus try to have ten beers a day and still do anything good for your life - but Im having ten spliffs daily for over 20 years. Governments should seriously be questioned about their even ability to have marijuana criminalized as a drug. It goes against any realistic threats and needs of societies.

One of the countries where weed is very illegal is Cuba. I have visited Cuba twice and both times I got my weed from the same local Rasta. However last time when I went there it happened that Fidel Castro - the President of Cuba (1976 to 2008) died. I figured out some tune with my friend Ras Leon and we came up with this song:

I watched you on a TV when I was a kid
But today I'm at your funereal
Dear Fidel, you where the one who fought for the Freedom
You took a spark to ignite the flames of revolution
Dont let the spirit to struggle of oppression
it's difficult to estinguish a human spirit.
Fighting babylon representatives you marked your way through the history
In our minds and hearts of our conciousness
your revolution represents a quest for justice and freedom.
Continue to wake up and say Yeah!
(zHustlers, Ras Leon)
I indeed watched Cuban leader with admiration to withstand colonial interventions in foreign countries since those early years when world did not had enough strong weapons comparingly to the main bully of the world - U.S.
Fidel Castro withstanded dosens of US secret service assasination opperations. It's a shame that today's biggest suppressor of the world has largest military muscle to use for bully less developed countries.
For me - being at Fidel's funeral was seeing how much each and individual is responsible for himself - that at the end - nothing mattered. Life will go on and Babylon eventually will take over the world untill next destruction. So again the point is - strive for purity.

P O W E R   A N D   L O V E
Because at the end Power and Love - belongs to God. So there is nothing to worry about except personal purity. All we as man must do is give our ability to work for the great purpose of existance of God. Only then our work can make some sense - as that what God does - shall be forever.
Because power and Love Belongs to Jah
Nothing can be put to it
nor anything taken from it
I know that whatsoever God does
It shall be forever
(Bible, Ecclesiastes 3:14)

One day I closed my eyes in the night. And when I opened them - there still was dark. I could see NOTHING. And I realised that that nothing is God. We are in it. With it. Into it. It's just our Ego not letting to realise him - the reasons behind gaining this birth on this low life planet - Earth.
Most noble people through the History beieved in God. Their works stand for millenias. Great leaders we remember for decades. Greater for centuries. But knowledge - Vedas - decamillennias only written down due to being timeless.

Like this one - check out this Hymn of Creation from Rigveda. Just try to glimse the beauty of attention towards implicity to explain the Essence of creation in one short song. Which words to use!? Which words would fit the most straight impact to make a picture clear?! This is this poem about:
A seed is a desire
that sprangs out in a liberty
a way before the death
A way before immortality
Born in the mind by One
So stretch your cord
across the void
To find out whats above
to find out whats below
to see the seeds of the One
But after all - who knows?
And who can say?
When it all came
And how it all came to be
Born in mind by One
to see the seeds of the One
(Rigveda)
I'm amased by the gentle invitation to stretch the understanding beyond available knowledge and substances - our created realities. The Nasadiya Sukta also known as the Hymn of Creation, is the 129th hymn of the 10th mandala of the Rigveda (10:129). It is concerned with cosmology and the origin of the universe.
The advanced abstract reasoning in the hymn has brought it a lot of attention, not only within indology, but from scholars of philosophy and the history of religion as well. Its line of thought relates splendidly to cosmological thinking of the philosophers of Ancient Greece, all through to present day astronomy.
And it ends with what seems like a punch line, a paradox taken to the extreme, almost as if the unknown poet of it was making a joke - again - just a push - don't believe nothing - find out and KNOW instead of believing.

Originially this manuscript is one of the Freemasonry plays passed down hundreds of years by inheritance. During celebrations for the third level coronation at Freemasonry organization at appropriate interval during the Consecration Ceremony, when the four elements are offered, the assembled Brethren sing:

"When once of old in Israel,
Our early Brethren wrought with toil,
Jehovah's blessing on them fell In showers of Corn, and Wine, and Oil.
When there a shrine to Him alone,
They built, with worship, sin to foil,
On threshold and on Corner-stone,
They poured out Corn, and Wine, and Oil.
And we have come, fraternal bands,
With joy and pride, and prosperous spoil,
To honour Him by votive hands,
With streams of Corn, and Wine, and Oil.
(The Freemason's Hymnal, compiled
by Waldemar Malmene, 1875)

Corn represents bodily substance. It is the basic food from which the human body is built up, and is the exoteric "staff of life." Traditionally, corn is a "sacred plant" and is not native to this our world; it is never found, like other cereals, in a wild state. This golden, graceful, prolific and needful plant, it is taught, was never a growth of this earth, but was transported in the dawn of time to our world from another planet, with the dual purpose of providing the staple food of humanity, and of giving man an emblem of his own soul. The human soul, like the corn, is not indigenous to this time-world, but is a native of eternity, whence it has become transported, and sown as bare grain in the individualised patch of earth constituting the human body. Esoterically, corn is the symbol of spiritual nourishment, the "bread from heaven," and is an emblem of spiritual germination and growth: "For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear" (Mark, chapter 4, verse 28).
Wine is, so to speak, a fluidic emblem in contrast with Corn, which is solid. It refers to the human mind, which is fluidic, in contrast with the human body, which is static. Esoterically, wine is the symbol of the mind exalted and inebriated by the consciousness of Divine things, even as the juice of the grape is brought to ripeness by the rays of the sun.
Oil is a liquid fire, and is the symbol of Wisdom. It is a combination of fire and water brought into balance and forming a new substance displaying the properties of each. Oil is likewise a lubricant, an illuminant, and a healer. Esoterically, Corn and Wine are related to Body and Mind (the two lower principles of human nature), while Oil and Salt are related to Soul and Spirit (the two higher principles of human nature). Wisdom results when the purified Body and Mind become fused with the "fire" of the Spirit.
And at the end - whatever we take - we have to give back. Which is the one of the laws of Freemasonry conciousnes to indulge in charities.

B L I S S
Song is based on ancient Ayurveda and Atharva veda transcription with a little adoption of a text for a song. In general it is about womans and husbands roles in the family and main duties to keep the family sustainable and a long term running project. Woman whose mind is not disciplined, her intellect has little weight. Just please try to glimpse the deep meaning of these words.
Protectors of my children
with a deffinite knowledge
you are worth of thousands prayers
you are imprssing all directions

oh woman deserving husband
takes your husbands troubles
teach him strive for wealth
guide him for success

thoughtfully, schoolarly, respectfully
happy wife enhances
wealth and happines at home
gives the bliss beyond the sea of daily troubles

bliss beyond the sea of daily troubles

great woman is as pure as sacred
worth being worshiped
worth being served

oh woman deserving husband
take your husbands troubles
teach him strive for wealth
guide him for success
conquering the hearts of household with light
(Rigveda)

Like wise in so many other ancient mindsets a woman has been presented to play an essential role in family and as wife. Similarly she has been given the lead stage in society works, in governmental organizations, and for ruling the nation is also mentioned in Vedas. Also there are equal rights for men and women to get appointed even as ruler. Besides a wife of ruler should give education of politics to the others. Likewise the king do justice for the people, the queen justifies her role in such a way.
However womans Dharma is considered to become a bride who may please everyone at her husband’s home through her knowledge and noble qualities. A women speaks after waking up in morning, “My destiny is as glorious as the rising sun. I am the flag of my home and society. I am also their head. I can give impressive discourses. My sons conquer enemies. My daughter illuminates the whole world. I myself am winner of enemies. My husband has infinite glory. I have made those sacrifices which make a king successful. I have also been successful. I have destroyed my enemies.” This state of a mind is considered more valuable than any career advancements.
So to achieve a happy life girls should train themselves to become complete scholars and youthful through celibacy and then enter married life. Parents should gift their daughter intellectuality and power of knowledge when she leaves for husband’s home. They should give her a dowry of knowledge. When girls ignore external objects and develops foresight and vibrant attitude through power of knowledge, she becomes provider of wealths of skies and earth. Then she should marry an eligible husband.

E V E N I N G   P R A Y E R
This song is special for many reasons. First of all it's the first prayer in English I've ever heard played by Mettallica, Enter Sandman, where it says that text - Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the lord My soul to keep, for if I die before I wake I pray the lord my soul to take. So I decided to make my own version of just that part.

Now I lay me down to sleep,
I pray the Jah my soul to keep,
His Love to guard me through the night,
And wake me in the morning's light.
Now I lay me down to sleep,
I pray the Jah my soul to keep.
May the angels watch me through the night,
and keep me in their blessed sight.
If I should live another day
I pray the Lord to guide my way.
Now I lay me down to sleep,
I pray the Jah my soul to keep,
thy angels watch me through the night,
And keep me safe till morning's light.

But it's like I as I'm mostly making prayers so I wanted to make something my kids can listen to, repeat and kind of have a better experience of a first prayer in song heard on whatever. radio or tv so with all my love to Metallica and huge respect (I have all CD collection and I have been to show in Tallinn first row pressed and squeezed and stoned) but I just had to make smoother reggae and dubbier which maybe is already not so much for kids anymore, however it is as it is - pothead reggae music.
Secondly it represents at those days huge growing and new industry - Bitcoin Mining in which I had a chance to participate at some level so gaining undauntedly massive technical and IT experience as well as had to remember the basic physics..:)
Thirdly and most importantly why the song itself was made is a prayer itself - to remind us everyday that this might be our last day here on earth due to many even so called "technical" reasons like artificial intelligence which is based on blockchain and robots gaining as a joke citizenship in Dubai but in full seriousness attending UN meetings saying publicly that nuclear warheads might be interesting toy to play with at some point always reminds at least to me that it would be good that we wake up tomorrow and if we do - let's be grateful for that to God.

G I V E   E A R S   T O   M Y   P R A Y E R S
I love this Psalm of David. It's very powerful prayer - Psalm 55. Video I made in desert of Dubai on my way from Ethiopia where I was not let in due to some visa/immigration issues and I had plenty of time to stay in Dubai and wait for my return flight. However the prayer, song, desert I think simblizes all together the whole meaning of a prayer - despair, indignation, and trust - trust in God - the only one we all can trust in our times of despair.
Give ears to my prayer
oh Jah, and do not reject it
hear me and answer me
And turn to my crying heart
My heart is like a turmoil
The terrors of death has seized me
Fear and trembling has overcome me
Horror has overwhelmed me
If i had wings like dove
I would fly away and a rest
Indeed I would run far away
I would stay in desert
(Bible)
I was sort of desperate and exorsted indeed those days in my life. I indeed needed a proper prayer. Any prayer made from heart works. I sanged many prayers which has given deep contemplation of my heart during different sorts of hardships. Worst thing is the well known fact that wherever you run - you always have yourself with you still with the same your problems. However sometimes just having a wish to fly away.
The original Biblical story goes about that David had a friend. They did a lot of good things together. But one day the friend *betrayed David. David thought that his friend liked him, but he was wrong. His friend worked for David’s enemies. This is *like Jesus’ friend Judas. Judas told Jesus’ enemies where to catch Jesus. Judas betrayed Jesus as David’s friend betrayed David.
How natural is this description! He is in distress – he mourns – makes a noise – sobs and sighs – his heart is wounded – he expects nothing but death – this produces fear – this produces tremor, which terminates in that deep apprehension of approaching and inevitable ruin that overwhelms him with horror. No man ever described a wounded heart like David.

So originally I was born in Latvia, where weed is very poor quality in terms of THC quantity in it but I'm happy it's high quality worldwide. And my father was working for government as nature scientist in order to protect trees. So I'm protecting the grass. So it's like - the herbalist in generations I am!

Even if im just a herbman from Latvia
Where green is what we see
My dad protected trees and I protect the grass
So herbalist in generations I am
I dont believe In the democracy
Because the queen still stays the king
And owner over hundred wars in fifty years
Dealing cuffs as wisdom
That's why I'm vegetarian
And Aint' watch TV
Its influencenon sobriety is as good as
carrion for health
It's possible to live on fruits
no need to kill to make your stool
Raise up, you people and don't let you be fulled
by the rage given to you by the system
Run away from the state where limits are low
Don't pay taxes where herbs are illegal
My dad protected trees
and I'm protect the herbs
So Herbsalist in Generations I am
(zHustlers)

And I dont believe In the democracy, because the queen still stays the king for all these overthrown governments with placed "democracies" costing millions death and refugees, overthrown kingdoms within last hundred years by Throne which is dealing cuffs as wisdom for wikileaks founder even for those who makes a reasonable and in most cases justifiable for humanity needs leak of secrets of secret organizations which each and every one of us is supported by paying taxes.
It's possible to live on vegetables and fruits no need to kill to make your stool - besides - it's proven that vegetarian diet is much healthier than meat and humans do not need meat at all. That's why I'm vegetarian, And Aint' watch TV because Its influence on sobriety is as good ascarrion for health - look at the sexualization of subjects on media, disorientation of genders since childhood, programming of wrong role modelling perception from so called statistically purchased pop-stars.
I wished that people would start to think what they consume - by eyes and by mouth and don't let you be fulled by the rage given to you by the system in TV or because of the TV, aggressively killed other beings flash or even worst - GMO products controlled mind misbehavior products added in popular food not even talking about millions of lives damages due to baby vaccines worldwide.
I wish we all would have ability to just run away from the state where limits of marijuana are low and possessing it might lead to serious convictions, bribing or nonsense sentence. I wish all governments decriminalize herbs and let people do what has been natural for them for ages. All governments should allow smoke weed because weed smokers are supporting those governments! And if governments are persisting - people should just avoid those governments and don't pay taxes where herbs are illegal!

The whole text of the song is about whole and being in unity with whole so to feel that you are the whole. Everyone is whole and we should just understand it AND BE WHOLE. This one is excellent meditaion mindset. Just think about that you are not divided. That Darknes - that is Him. That Light - That is Him. All is whole when you get the unity - the yoga. Compassion arrises within the hearts towards other beings, an urge for a non-violence dinner appears. Because all this is infinity and I am part of it. One of my favorite mindsets.
I was still testing my music skills so the available original rigveda verse just repeated conciously a few times is indeed way better than a clumpsy song I made on top of it. However I'm happy about the knowledge is shared!

That is whole. This is whole.
The whole arises from the Whole.
Having taken the Whole from the Whole,
Only the Whole remains.
Sun, Moon, Earth, Infinity, All that is in infinity, I am You.

This is one of the most beautiful and most tender sweet praise for the morning's sky ever written in the humans history. Even if not counting it's historical value dating back from Rigveda period creation but taking a look towards it as just a poetry - it's simply beautifull. Meaningfull mindset. Meaningfull daily tune.
Beautous daughter of the sky!
Hold they ruddy light on high,
Grant us wealth and grant us day,
Bring us food and morning's rays.
White-robed goddess
of the morning sky,
Bring us light,
let night's deep shadows fly.
Shining daughter of the sky
I gaze upon you as you come
Mighty darkness you unfold,
with most pleasant light we see.
This light, most radiant of lights, has come;
this gracious one who illumines all things is born.
As night is removed by the rising sun
so is this the birthplace of the dawn....
I behold you,
daughter of the sky,
youthful, robed in white,
driving forth the night.
Princess of limitless treasure,
shine down upon us throughout the day.
(Usha Hymn, Rig Veda)
I dont know why this song in the car makes every one sleepy not fresh as suposed to be in the sunrise. However it has something magical flirting in the air between you and Morning. Day and Sun. You and Universe - when having so focused attention towards most needed daily assets - wealth, food and mornings rays.
Usha is dawn and a daughter of the sky. She is the one that wakes up every living creature when the sky starts to lighten up. She is the goddess of light and beauty as she brings light and everything beautiful into the lives of the humans.
I hope you enjoy it's smootheness as muchas I do.

Have you had moments you sensed the divine presence – that God was near, or in your heart? ... my whole being – the kind one feels when your mother hugs you with love. This is what this praise is about.
Kind Father
God of Love and Power
Be with us
in this quite hour
smile on our souls
our plans approve
Help us to live in peace and love
(Bible)
Here we are talking about the One Love and not just Love but Vanishing into it, becoming one with One Love. Ou plans approve and let us live in Peace and Love. Amazing mindset can be beneficial for deep meditations and used as simple chanting instrument for conciousnes training purpose.
What is Quite Hour? It's that hour we spend meditating to achieve the inner harmony - peace and unity with Love in Love. All plans are approved automatically then when you are in the Unity - that's like that Matrix movie sort in reality with just simple breathing excercises. The Super Hero is within you just hours of concious breathing excercises away.

Making music was a long dream of my childhood. Since I was a kid I learned to play piano, drums, xilaphone, guitar, baseguitar and picked up variety of instruments on my way accros the world. As a kid I enjoyed peerforming by singing traditional folk songs on which later I found a deep meaning about.
Sing the song of celestial love, O singer!
May the divine fountain of eternal grace and joy enter your soul.
May Brahma, (the Divine One),
Pluck the strings of your inner soul with His celestial fingers,
And feel His own presence within.
Bless us with a divine voice
That we may tune the harp-strings of our life
To sing songs of Love to you.
(Rig Veda)

O seeker, know the true nature of your soul,
and identify yourself with it completely.
O Lord, (may we attain) the everlasting consciousness
of Supreme Light and Joy.
May we resolve to dedicate our life to
the service of humankind, and uplift them to Divinity.
(Yajur Veda)
Mixing up these two Rigveda's and Ayurveda's verses I made up a song Sing for Jah. Sure none of these vedas are singing about Jah. However doesnt matter how we call the Giod. God is God. If the purpose is to reach the God then any bus actualy goes to him.
As I mentioned earlier - todays necesity to sing these mindsets and to bring them back again the pop-music would benefit the society as much as last George Harrisons music benefited with his famous Hare Krishna songs which went out viral on radio those days.

T A N D O R I   D R E A M
Not so far from Harrisons hights once I got almost paralized by the virtue of THC twisting my abilities of distinguish am I driving or flying after going back home from a dealer with a freshly rolled spliff by the first ever heard Marijuana sort - Tandori Dream.
Come and Liberate your body mind and soul
With this exctatic And heavenly joy
Come and have with me This Tandori dream
Come and burn with me this Tandori dream
Come and Realize The Realities Known by worthy ones
Burn down the ignorance up to Happiness!
(zHustlers)
All my existance stopped to be after only a few pulls of that baking tandori stuff whatever it was at that moment - but I was as high as highest hights as high that I eventually decided to pull off the road and write down this poem for my shockingly high experience from Tandori dream. So this one is a pure Ganja song.

THE JAH IS MY SHEPHARD
Regarding music - there was some time in my life when I played dums at the local church on Sundays. The more I started being in the church the more this prayer I heard - Psalm 22 from Bible. It sort of tuned me for life.

The Jah is my Shephard - Thats All I Need!
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul; he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointest my head with oil; my cup run-neth over.
Surely, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
(Bible, psalm 23)

Being as my favorite mindset from the Bible I valuate the completenes it's providing in it's deep messages promoting peace, prosperity, health and wealth powered by a strong believe that this merci is following with him together with the deep believe and reliance on God.

Some songs and poems just appeared themselves in my mind in my wonderings accros wildernesses of experiences. Some mixed up with some memories from vedas sometimes made even some sence. This one isn't the worst one on the list I guess.

You have to let go of judgement
And see everyone with kindness
This can make you conduit of peace
Understanding and Happy
You must remember Your True Nature
And Awaken energy of Joy
By being here and being grateful
Appreciate you're truly alive
There is just one way to see
The rainbow sunrise by the sea
That Bliss, That Light, That Joy, That Love,
That Truth, That Beam, That Soul, That Stream!!!!
(zHustlers)

There is a saying - don't jusdge and you won't be judged. Judgment - any kind of - valuation of people by his "hat" is also a simple judgement most of us makes every day but musty be avoided, eliminated and instead of replaced by kindeness.
When we are happy - all our energies are well balanced and functioning in a rhytm making us Trully Alive not just at the state of surviving. So the appreciation for that happines arrises and stays through the whole day. And that only way to achieve it - meditation.

Besides meditations sometimes I also nock myself out in a places like Amsterdam or Jamaica. And there is always that feeling in Jamaica.. So I decided to make a some good song about Jamaica and people I've met on the streets in there.
Jamaica Jamaica you waited for me
With a big ganja tree and a weather sunny
And ain't see so oily
Burning chalice so lovely
So im telling my friends
See you see you see you see you
Narrow Kingston town roads
Ganja grows in all hols
Policeman shares me a spliff
And says burn the Gods gift
Burn it and pray to the Jah Allah Ahbar or krishna
And Give the love the love give the love
Respectful people on streets
Honestly as a way of a life
Disciplined in spreading the love
Taking a pride of praying to God
Im here in fire with Love
Im here in fire with Love
So burn it burn it burn it
and see you at the 30th February
(zHustlers)
I'm talking about a country where the best natural organic weed is sold right at the public market place and anyone can have access to the high quality strains to be puffed up right after the market or in it for a test. $10 gives you a handfull of weeks supplies.
Somehow in Jamaica people understand that there is One God. Understands the high moral values and necesity to strive for wisdom. Maybe that was my carribian trip only however I love the birthplace of the prophet Bob Marley and the Jamaican mood.

Also this is just a short verse of suggestion to wake up. To wake up and Live. To wake up and Pray. To bring mindfullness and brightfullness as a basic essence of the daily life. That purity.
Wake up and pray the Jah
And pray the Jah
Be with your conciousness,
your mindfullness, brightfullness
Wake up and pray the jah
(zHustlers)
I guess I'm not a big poet or a singer, however these mindsets, prayers, mantras or call them whatever - have helped me and millions of people through the time and world to find peace, calmness and happiness in the worst situations of a life. I believe the knowledge of them just increases each individuals capacity of filtering importance levels of experiences so forming the individual understanding of happiness higher.

The purpose of zHustlers project is to reveal the screts available with simple Unity with God - Yoga. To begin with teachings of Yoga sutras of Patanjali let's first have a clear definition on with what exactly we are going to unite with.
who created these stars
who created this sun
who created this earth
who created these waters
Who created man
who gave him food
who teached him pray
who gave him knowledge
la ilaha illa-allah la ilaha illa-allah
(zHustlers)
In Unity or Yoga you have to be very clear with whom are you going to get the Unity with once you succeed in it. Many demons, spirits, rakshas, devas, jivas, jins are outhere waiting for an opportunity to use your body for fullfilling of his wishes by impregnanting thoughts into your mind. So you must be clear during your Unity to strive for highest hights.
Accordingly to the hindu mythology there is only One God from who originated and were born all beings. The one was never born nor can ever cease to exist. Great God or Mahadeva in Sanskrit term meaning "greatest god," "most powerful god" or "most supreme god" or "Allahu Akbar" It is also the name sometimes given to the Hindu god, Shiva.
Vedas explains that for a person to achieve worldy richies needs to pray for worldy demigods. But there is only One Way and One God giving liberation and its Great God without a matter in whatsoever language or religious sect it is praised from and even hindus with their 3000000 dieties recognizes Him as the Supreme - Maha Deva.
Further down the book will continue with real Yoga Sutras of Patanjali translated by The Threads of Union Translation by BonGiovanni with my comments.

J A H   S A Y S   O M
Om also written as Aum, is the most sacred syllable symbol and mantra of Brahma, the Almighty Creation God. A Mantra with which Brahma created all Universe. So God say Om. Due to my regea style music I allowed myself due for style purpose replace from original scripture word "God" with one of his other million names - "Jah" so not putting the stress on how we name the God rather emphasising necesity for Knowing Him, that He Exists and that He is One. So Let's warm up our conciousnes witha little twist from Yoga Sutras - all upcoming 19 poems - whole knowledge of Yoga!

Leave your thought-streams naturaly to the mind.
In his own nature There the Jah dwells
Otherwise he is the same form as the thought-streams.
Five-fold thought-streams, painful and not painful.
Jah is the teacher of even the ancients.
Not being conditioned by time
Right knowledge, wrong knowledge, fancy, sleep and memory.
Right knowledge is inference, tradition and genuine cognition.
Wrong knowledge is false, illusory, erroneous beliefs or notions.
Fancy is following after word-knowledge empty of substance.
Jah says Om.
Pray the Jah continuesly with devotion and without interruption over a long period of time.
Desirelessness towards the seen and the unseen gives the consciousness of mastery.
This is signified by an indifference to the three attributes, due to knowledge of the Indweller.
Cognitive meditation is accompanied by reasoning, discrimination, bliss and the sense of 'I am.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)
If you will place on your music player zHustlers Eight Magic Balls Parts 1 & 2 you will go straitforward fastest ever Yoga Sutras of Patanjali class ever. The wird thing I notced was that singing them in a rhytm achieved a new level of understanding and percieving them in my conciousnes than just reading them.
This is the first verse of Patanjali Yoga Sutras telling that in order to meditate we must relax our mind, letting our thoughts away, searching for the indweller within us, leaving bad and good thout streams go. Intuition is the Mother of All Knowledges so through deep meditation person can percieve what is right and what is wrong righteusly by himself once mind is purified.

Have you heard a term from someone saying about someone term like "He is still sleeping" meaning being not awake  or not awakened yet. Before we move toward deeper understanding on what Yoga is about we have to understand what is the state we are currently existing. Just in case Patanjali is giving his instructions on how to turn thing good:
Deep sleep is the mode of the mind
which has for its foundation is nothingness.
Dont allow the memory to let the mental impressions to escape.
Control these thought-streams by practice and
do not attach to the things around you
So Pray, Pray, Pray, pray , pray, pray
Because Prayer is the effort to secure steadiness.
So if you prayed - then you just gained.
Disappearance of all your obstacles
Because if you prayed - then you just gained.
Gained the contemplation
See that World is the Reason for all Formless beings
Find it through the Merging into unitive conciousness
Avoid being the one whose clarity
is guided by faith, magic, memory
Grow through passion meditation pass the Equalminded contemplation
So just try to stop your mind until only slight impressions remains.
Passions, Sins and Concious mind moods
engaging us with Jah
Jah is dwelling within you, full and universal.
He is Untouched by actions, afflictions, impressions or results.
In God, the seed of omniscience is unsurpassed.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)
There will be changes once you start meditating. What you want to be considered normal, may not be how things really are. So the more you begin to develop your awareness of becoming aware of itself, the witness consciousness, you will begin to see things for what they are. This is bound to happen. And you can simply experience each and every moment of your life for what it is, purely. This is not a "bad" thing. It simply means that things will change in your life, as you go further with meditation.
That is one of the reasons why many masters stress the importance of being in balance, and in harmony in your life. It means meeting your responsibilities, taking care of your duties, paying the bills, and doing productive things for yourself, your family and for society as service. Without balance and harmony, you really won't go much further with meditation, as it can only create imbalance.
Meditation is a tool to upgrade you to higher levels, it will never degrade you to lower levels. Don't be afraid of silence, Silence only gives you birth and silence only takes your breath. Sound is the driving force of you. When you meditate you are invoking the silence within you so that you can know the source of birth and death. When you know this source, you will not go into silence but you will feel Blissful. NOTE IT.
The thing which you feel as over-consciousness is just a small awareness. It makes you observe what all is happening around you as you open your eyes after prayer. That has to turn inside someday. (This will not last much longer anyway. Longer periods of awareness is achieved only by practicing it regularly and intensely). You just observe the situation and do accordingly for that moment. This is what the purpose of meditation, being aware of yourself and your surroundings and doing things accordingly. To learn to live in the moment.

Sometimes it is hard even to start meditating. It's good at least to be awar of basic obstacles eeryone is facing on his way towards enlightement. Patanjali has classified them and given brief discourse on how to overcome these obstacles in the following poewm:
Disease, inertia and doubt,
lack of enthusiasm, laziness,
sensuality, mind-wandering,
missing the point, instability
these are the obstacles in our minds
- these are distractions of the mind
Pain, despair and nervousness,
disordered inspiration and expiration
are together with our mind obstacles.
so prevent these obstacles,
reach for the one truth constantly
By cultivating friendliness towards happiness
and compassion towards misery,
gladness towards virtue and
indifference towards vice,
the mind becomes pure.
and reach for the higher truth constantly
By retention of the energy
and mental equanimity
you may gain the mind expulsion
and conciousnes activity
IT'l cause you mental steadiness
Or the state of sorrowless Light
Or the mind taking focus on become a free of compulsion
freed of compulsion
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)
Most people describe entering meditative state as source of a white light displaying towards them at the center between both eyebrows controlled by the breath. That is here described as a mind expulsion and freed of compulsion. Try it on your own to understand. It's just one more skill next to similar and not much differwent than eating with a chopstick - practice makes perfect.

I believe the Yoga Sutras is a hard to percieve lyrics by any person. However with a music it is easier. But even for me - some poems and songs where hard - this one being one of those taugh ones to work with deep into and to focus mind on it.
Depending on the knowledge of dreams and sleep.
Or by meditation as desired.
The mastery of one in Union extends from the finest atomic particle to the greatest infinity.
When the agitations of the mind are under control,
the mind becomes like a transparent crystal
and has the power of becoming whatever form is presented.
knower, act of knowing, or what is known.
The argumentative condition is the confused mixture
of words with its right meaning, and knowledge.
When memory is purified and mind shines alone,
Then you are in non-argumentative condition
In this way the meditative and the ultra-meditative having the subtle for their objects are also described.
The province of the subtle terminates with pure matter that has no pattern or distinguishing mark.
These constitute seeded contemplations.
On attaining the purity of the ultra-meditative state there is the pure flow of spiritual consciousness.
Therein is the faculty of supreme wisdom.
The wisdom obtained in the higher states of consciousness is different from that obtained by inference and testimony as it refers to particulars.
The habitual pattern of thought stands in the way of other impressions.
With the suppression of even that through the suspension of all modifications of the mind, contemplation without seed is attained.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

We have oftenly exerienced childish argumenting about something without actually having even deeper clue on what exactly he is talking about visibly seeing information sources his judgement is based on. Similarly in yoga Patanjali explains we havet clean ourseves rom previous knowledgewe had as a mditation ha nothing to do with it.
Ther souldbe a pure intuitive flo of infrmation once the sate of yogais atteined. studies reporting that meditation helps relieve our subjective levels of anxiety and depression, and improve attention, concentration, and overall psychological well-being.
Scientifically speaking, meditation can change the frequency of the brain and take us from the high frequency Beta Waves — which is where most of us reside in our active, analytical mind state — to the slower frequency brain waves like Alpha Waves (state of deep relaxation) and Theta Waves (subconscious mind state). Meditation literally changes our brain state. This explains how I feel relaxed and more spacious in my brain when I meditate. My brain can literally chill out, and that’s a good thing, if your mind works anything like mine.

It's sometimes hard to recognize the right decision in a life. However Patanjali recomends that the ones who have fixed mind on God and avoiding troubles of egoism, ignorance and attachment. Even the wisest ones are found to be fools enough to get a birth on Earth.
By living in Austerity, the study of sacred texts,
and the dedication of actions to God creates your Mystic Union.
Reduce the troubles of your life and fix your mind on Jah
Be free from all impurities and agitations, or on One's Own Reality
Avoid five troubles of your life: ignorance, egoism, attachment,
aversion, and the desire to cling to life.
Whether they are dormant or attenuated,
partially overcome or fully operative -
ignorance is the breeding place for all the others
Ignorance is taking the non-eternal for the eternal,
the impure for the pure, evil for good and non-self as self.
These patterns when subtle may be removed by developing their contraries.
Their active afflictions are to be destroyed by meditation.
Egoism is the identification of the power that knows with the instruments of knowing.
Attachment is that magnetic pattern which clusters
in pleasure and pulls one towards such experience.
Aversion is the magnetic pattern which clusters
in misery and pushes one from such experience.
Flowing by its own energy, established even in the wise and in the foolish,
is the unending desire for life.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)
There are so many free online resources available nowadays that you don’t even have to leave your home to start meditating. You can start with a simple guided breathing meditation on YouTube or on meditation apps on your phone. You can also get meditation CDs or downloadable mp3s from your local libraries. Options are many.
I'm recomening chanting meditations taking two breath out and one in. I feel a sense of well-being when I meditate regularly and consistently. I feel calm and gentle, and I’m much more patient and kind with others. Things don’t bother me as much and I go on enjoying each moment.

This is a very interesting part of Yoga sutras explaining rasons why we are born - to get our experiences through the roots in affliction. It is also suggested not to be led by these wishes but rather instead looking for how to purify yourself in order to avoid inavoidable. So how about reasons behind reincarnations? Also they are explained in Yoga Sutras. Reincarnation is the philosophical or religious concept that the non-physical essence of a living being starts a new life in a different physical form or body after biological death. It is also called rebirth or transmigration, and is a part of the Saṃsāra doctrine of cyclic existence based on a law that everyone who was born will die and everyone who is dead will live.

When the roots exists, its fruition is birth, life and experience.
The impressions of works have their roots in afflictions
and arise as experience in the present and future births.
They have pleasure or pain as their fruit,
according as their cause be virtue or vice.
All is misery to the wise because
of the pains of change, and anxiety,
Through purificaytory acts
The grief which has not yet come
may be avoided.
The superimposition is
The cause of the avoidable
of the external world onto the unseen world.
The experienced world
consists of the elements
and the senses in play.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

During meditation we can observe natural energy shifts each time we breath in or out and get attracted by constantly chaning pictures colors and diagrams in front of eyes. Learning to guide the energy to the main life vitality centers can result in seeing lifeforce coming in through the breath of air and forcing the energy centers in our bodies to function almost like and engine.
It is of the nature of cognition, activity and rest,
and is for the purpose of experience and realization.
The stages of the attributes effecting the experienced world
are the specialized and the unspecialized,
the differentiated and the undifferentiated.
The indweller is pure consciousness only,
which though pure, sees through the mind
and is identified by ego as being only the mind.
The cause of the association is ignorance.
The very existence of the seen is for the sake of the seer.
Although Creation is discerned as not real for the one
who has achieved the goal, it is yet real in that Creation
remains the common experience to others.
The association of the seer with Creation is for the distinct
recognition of the objective world, as well as for the recognition
of the distinct nature of the seer.
Liberation of the seer is the result of the dissassociation
of the seer and the seen, with the disappearance of ignorance.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

Discrimination means seeing that which is real and knowing that which is unreal.  That which is real is that which is eternal, that which lasts forever.  That which is unreal, is that which is temporal, something which does not last but erodes in time. The yoga of knowledge is the yoga of perfection.  It is the end and the beginning of all things.  It is neither favorable nor unfavorable, because there's no one there to favor it.  There is nothing and there has never been anything but the self.  Know this.  You are the self.  You are eternity.  There is nothing else.  There is no world, there is no time, there is no place, there is no condition.  There is only the self.  You are the self.  There is nothing and there can be nothing else. Thou art that and beyond, beyond words, beyond condition, beyond immortality and mortality. Be absorbed in that truth. The path of knowledge is said to be difficult in that it is the path of samadhi. Samadhi is absorption in God.  In the state of samadhi one has only the sense that one is perfect being.  There is no awareness of separativity.  There's no sense of time, place or condition.  Samadhi is the actual awareness of what you really are.

The continuous practice of discrimination
is the means of attaining liberation.
Steady wisdom manifests in seven stages.
On the destruction of impurity by the constant practice
of the limbs of Union, the light of knowledge
reveals the faculty of discrimination.
The eight limbs of Union are self-restraint in actions,
fixed observance, posture,
regulation of energy, mind-control in sense engagements,
concentration, meditation, and realization.
Self-restraint in actions includes abstention from violence,
from falsehoods, from stealing, from sexual engagements,
 and from acceptance of gifts.
These five willing abstentions are not limited by rank, place, time
or circumstance and constitute the Great Vow.
Be - content, be pure and study the Jah.
When improper thoughts disturb the mind, there should be constant pondering over the opposites.
Improper thoughts and emotions such as those of violence-
whether done, caused to be done, or even approved of-
indeed, any thought originating in desire, anger or delusion,
whether mild medium or intense-
do all result in endless pain and misery.

This song is one of my longest songs and even with that not all text fitted in it. So before - this is an excluded part of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: When one is confirmed in non-violence, hostility ceases in his presence. When one is firmly established in speaking truth, the fruits of action become subservient to him. All jewels approach him who is confirmed in honesty. When one is confirmed in celibacy, spiritual power is gained. When one is confirmed in non-possessiveness, the knowledge of the why and how of existence is attained. In the song word God due to reggae style music is replaced by Jah and this is the song where lyrics ends second part of Patanjali Yoga Sutras:

From purity follows a withdrawal from enchantment
over one's own body as well
as a stoping of desire for physical contact with others.
As a result of contentment there is purity of mind,

Get Supreme happiness is through contentment.
Overcome distractions focusing on Jah

one-pointedness, control of the senses,
and fitness for the vision of the self.
Through sanctification and the removal of impurities,
there arise special powers in the body and senses.

By study comes communion with the Lord in the Form most admired.
Realization is experienced by making the Lord the motive of all actions.
The posture should be steady and comfortable.
In effortless relaxation, dwell mentally on the Endless with utter attention.

From that there is no disturbance from the dualities.
When that exists, control of incoming and outgoing energies is next.
It may be external, internal, or midway, regulated by time,
place, or number, and of brief or long duration.
Energy-control which goes beyond the sphere of
external and internal is the fourth level- the vital.

In this way, that which covers the light is destroyed.
Thus the mind becomes fit for concentration.
When the mind maintains awareness, yet does not mingle with the senses,
nor the senses with sense impressions, then self-awareness blossoms.
In this way comes mastery over the senses.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

Needless to say, there are a ton of benefits to adopting a regular meditation practice. Just a few of them includes calming effects, increases the blood flow in your brain, people who meditate need less sleep, it makes your brain age slower and increases the amount of grey matter in your brain, Meditation makes it much easier to focus and achieve flow and helps your mind defragment. This song is a begining of a third part of Patanjali Yoga Sutras explaining how meditation and unity with the Highest Manifistation of Existance can allow a person to perform a real life magic in his life. Generaly again explaining that the biggest magic of ones life is through performance of his duties.
One-pointedness is steadfastness of the mind.
Unbroken continuation of that mental ability is meditation.
That same meditation when there is only consciousness
Meditation and not of the mind is realization
Of the object of meditation and not of the mind is realization.
The three appearing together are self-control.
By mastery comes wisdom.
The application of mastery is by stages.
The three are more powerfull than the restraints.
Even that is external to the seedless realization.
The important aspect is the union of the mind
with the moment of absorption, when the outgoing thought disappears
and the absorptive experience appears.
From sublimation of this union
comes the peaceful flow of unbroken unitive cognition.
The contemplative transformation of this is equalmindedness,
witnessing the rise and destruction of distraction
as well as one-pointedness itself.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

Once you start your meditation Many people report seeing colors when they close their eyes and starts engaging in a union with God. Often, during moments of deep meditation, some people will see intense visions. Others will have feelings or sensations they are unfamiliar with. So what does it mean is explained by Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras again in the best ever way possible. Once you find out the Truth about life and stop being reborn you have reached Moksha and once you get to that - you are not born again - you are out of a cicle of rebirth.
The mind becomes one-pointed when the subsiding and rising thought-waves are exactly similar.
In this state, it passes beyond the changes of inherent characteristics,
properties and the conditional modifications of object or sensory recognition.
Action is of two kinds, dormant and fruitful.
By self-control on such action, one foresees the time of death.
The object is that which preserves the latent characteristic,
the rising characteristic or the yet-to-be-named characteristic
that establishes one entity as specific.
The succession of these changes in that entity is the cause of its modification.
By self-control over these three-fold changes (of property, character and condition),
knowledge of the past and the future arises.
The sound of a word, the idea behind the word, and the object the idea signfies are often taken as being one thing and may be mistaken for one another.
By self-control over their distinctions, understanding of all languages of all creatures arises.
By self-control on the perception of mental impressions, knowledge of previous lives arises.
By self-control on any mark of a body, the wisdom of the mind activating that body arises.
By self-control on the form of a body, by suspending perceptibility and separating effulgence therefrom, there arises invisibility and inaudibilty.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

There is so much noise in our own heads, let alone coming at us from the external world. Trying to find our truth while on the bus or walking through busy streets is exceedingly difficult, because the external cues that we’re being given are very often catering to the ego part of ourselves—the part that always wants more and never feels like it has enough. This is a brief explenation on how your inner knowledge works. Through meditation we can gain ability to learn different kinds of so called mystical powers. It might take years to learn or even understand what Patanjali is trying to teach us and explain. The point of this song is that most highest and purest knowledge comes from our heart when it's purified and mind calmed.
By performing self-control on friendliness, the strength to grant joy arises.
By self-control over any kind of strength, such as that of the elephant, that very strength arises.
By self-control on the primal activator comes knowledge of the hidden, the subtle, and the distant.
By self-control on the Sun comes knowledge of spatial specificities.
By self-control on the Moon comes knowledge of the heavens.
By self-control on the Polestar arises knowledge of orbits.
By self-control on the navel arises knowledge of the constitution of the body.
By self-control on the pit of the throat one subdues hunger and thirst.
By self-control on the tube within the chest one acquires absolute steadiness.
By self-control on the light in the head one envisions perfected beings.
There is knowledge of everything from intuition.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

The point of meditation is to control the flow of prana to our vital energy centers. The Sanskrit word prana is usually translated as “vital air”, “life-force” or “vital energy”, but none of these descriptions really explain it. We can’t translate the word into English, or any Western language, because until recently our culture lacked the concept. The Chinese word chi (as in tai chi) or the Japanese word ki (as in reiki) are exact translations. People who practice acupuncture, reflexology and most martial arts understand and work with prana energy. Your prana is divided into five categories each “governing” aspects of your body, mind and breath. It's like roads on anhuman energy highway system.
Self-control on the heart brings knowledge of the mental entity.
Experience arises due to the inability of discerning the attributes of vitality from the indweller,
even though they are indeed distinct from one another.
Self-control brings true knowledge of the indweller by itself.
This spontaneous enlightenment results in intuitional perception of hearing, touching, seeing and smelling.
To the outward turned mind, the sensory organs are perfections, but are obstacles to realization.
When the bonds of the mind caused by action have been loosened, one may enter the body of another by knowledge of how the nerve-currents function.
By self-control of the nerve-currents utilising the lifebreath, one may levitate, walk on water, swamps, thorns, or the like.
By self-control over the maintenance of breath, one may radiate light.
By self-control on the relation of the ear to the ether one gains distant hearing.
By self-control over the relation of the body to the ether, and maintaining at the same time the thought of the lightness of cotton, one is able to pass through space.
By self-control on the mind when it is separated from the body- the state known as the Great Transcorporeal- all coverings are removed from the Light.
Mastery over the elements arises when their gross and subtle forms,as well as their essential characteristics, and the inherent attributes and experiences they produce, is examined in self-control.
become as tiny as atom or have many other abilities, such as perfection of the body, and acceptance of duty.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

M A S T E R Y
Remember - everything in yoga is achieveble through breath. If you control the Breath - you can control the whole world. Just thing about it. So the first of the five forms of prana—the energy, or driving force, behind all energy—that flows through your body is, rather confusingly, also known as prana. Yoga teachers will tell you that every time you breathe in, you draw in this vital energy along with the air you inhale. Just as you need physical oxygen to vitalize your body, you need prana energy to enliven your mind and emotions. You can guide it accross your body to change and manipulate the things in it or even outside of it. This is the last magic of Patanjali yoga Sutras third part.
Perfection of the body consists in beauty, grace, strength and adamantine hardness.
By self-control on the changes that the sense-organs endure when contacting objects,
and on the power of the sense of identity, and of the influence of the attributes,

From that come swiftness of mind, independence of perception, and mastery over primoridal matter.

and the experience all these produce- one masters the senses.
From that come swiftness of mind, independence of perception, and mastery over primoridal matter.
To one who recognizes the distinctive relation between vitality and indweller comes omnipotence and omniscience.
From that come swiftness of mind, independence of perception, and mastery over primoridal matter.
Even for the destruction of the seed of bondage by desirelessness there comes absolute independence.
When invited by invisible beings one should be neither flattered nor satisfied, for there is yet a possibility of ignorance rising up.
By self-control over single moments and their succession there is wisdom born of discrimination.
From that there is recognition of two similars when that difference cannot be distinguished by class, characteristic or position.
Intuition, which is the entire discriminative knowledge, relates to all objects at all times, and is without succession.
Liberation is attained when there is equal purity between vitality and the indweller.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

C R E A T E D   M I N D S
This song is a begining of the last part of a teaching of Patanjali Yoga Sutras. Part Four is focused on Realizations. It's interesting that Patanjali is not denying the possibility of getting Realization of Truth or how it's oftenly called - enlightement even through drugs even if it's not mentioned wheater it's marijuana or some osrt of salvia type or something unincluded in this texts. Shaiva sect in India are well known for usage of cannabis for millenias. So let's just meditate on werse by werse on this extraordinary knowledge.

Psychic powers arise by birth, drugs, incantations, purificatory acts or concentrated insight.
Transformation into another state is by the directed flow of creative nature.
Creative nature is not moved into action by any incidental cause, but by the removal of obstacles, as in the case of a farmer clearing his field of stones for irrigation.
Created minds arise from egoism alone.
There being difference of interest, one mind is the director of many minds.
Of these, the mind born of concentrated insight is free from the impressions.
The impressions of unitive cognition are neither good nor bad.
In the case of the others, there are three kinds of impressions.
From them proceed the development of the tendencies which bring about the fruition of actions.
Because of the magnetic qualities of habitual mental patterns and memory, a relationship of cause and effect clings even though there may be a change of embodiment by class, space and time.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

N O R   I S   T H E   M I N D   S E L F   L U M I N O U S
This song explains scientifically the nature of the Soul, as well as the cycle of birth and death and how they relate to reincarnation. Anything that is born has to die, and anything what dies will be re-born. Only the Soul is eternal. When all the accounts of karma are finished, the Soul leaves the body. The Soul never dies, but as long as you have not become the Soul (Self Realized), you will experience fear of death and attachment leading to rebirth. Becoming Self-Realized through meditation consequently, there will be an absence of fear at the time of death. One will experience bliss and everyone around will experience peace.
The desire to live is eternal, and the thought-clusters prompting a sense of identity are beginningless.
Being held together by cause and effect, substratum and object- the tendencies themselves disappear on the dissolution of these bases.
The past and the future exist in the object itself as form and expression, there being difference in the conditions of the properties.
Whether manifested or unmanifested they are of the nature of the attributes.
Things assume reality because of the unity maintained within that modification.
Even though the external object is the same, there is a difference of cognition in regard to the object because of the difference in mentality.
And if an object known only to a single mind were not cognized by that mind, would it then exist?
An object is known or not known by the mind, depending on whether or not the mind is colored by the object.
The mutations of awareness are always known on account of the changelessness of its Lord, the indweller.
Nor is the mind self-luminous, as it can be known.

(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

C O N C I O U S N E S
Human consciousness is amorphous, indefinable, changeable, intangible, and subject to state. According to the Upanishads, the four main states of human consciousness are the wakeful state, the dream state, the deep sleep state and the transcendental state. There can be further states within each of them. Nothing can be known about the last two except in a state of self-absorption. Just like any other part in the body, human consciousness is also subject to wear and tear, change, destruction, and modifications. People who suffer from head injuries experience partial or complete loss of memory and consciousness, which shows that human consciousness has a physical dimension and depends upon the body for its existence.

It is not possible for the mind to be both the perceived and the perceiver simultaneously.
In the case of cognition of one mind by another, we would have to assume cognition of cognition, and there would be confusion of memories.
Consciousness appears to the mind itself as intellect when in that form in which it does not pass from place to place.
The mind is said to perceive when it reflects both the indweller (the knower) and the objects of perception (the known).
Though variegated by innumerable tendencies, the mind acts not for itself but for another, for the mind is of compound substance.
For one who sees the distinction, there is no further confusing of the mind with the self.
Consciousness appears to the mind itself as intellect when in that form in which it does not pass from place to place.
Then the awareness begins to discriminate, and gravitates towards liberation.
Distractions arise from habitual thought patterns when practice is intermittent.
The removal of the habitual thought patterns is similar to that of the afflictions already described.
Consciousness appears to the mind itself as intellect when in that form in which it does not pass from place to place.
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)

This is the end of part four of Patanjali yoga Sutras part four and also the end of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali teachings aswell. Hope you enjoyed them and gained some knowledge! The proper pursuit of artha or profession is considered an important aim of human life in ancient times. Kama is "love" without violating dharma - moral responsibility, artha - material prosperity but one's journey towards moksha - spiritual liberation. Moksha – signifies emancipation, liberation or release. Cicle of rebirth goes on and on. Breaking this cycle by detaching yourself from Karma in a birth is called Moksha. It does not have to be ultimate aim of life if you are enjoying this cycle. Also, Moksha is actually not a aim, rather it is a need for many people. They suffer, suffer and suffer, and at one point they want to know the meaning of life. For those people Moksha slowly becomes the aim.

To one who remains undistracted in even the highest intellection there comes the equalminded realization known as The Cloud of Virtue. This is a result of discriminative discernment.
The infinity of knowledge available to such a mind freed of all obscuration and property makes the universe of sensory perception seem small.
From this there follows freedom from cause and effect and afflictions.
From this there follows freedom from cause and effect and afflictions.
Then the sequence of change in the three attributes comes to an end, for they have fulfilled their function.
The sequence of mutation occurs in every second, yet is comprehensible only at the end of a series.
When the attributes cease mutative association with awarenessness, they resolve into dormancy in Nature, and the indweller shines forth as pure consciousness. This is absolute freedom.
From this there follows freedom from cause and effect and afflictions.

Further eleven poems will be from zHustlers album called 555. The name 555 came up due to growth in my family - God blessed me with a second daughter from my first wife and third daughter from my second wife almost at the same time. So having now lovely ladies in my house hold was an idea for a number five. Further songs consists poetry from various saints accross the world including traditions from sufi, islam, vedas and tibetian mysticism. This is something I was thinking to give to listen to my daughters in car so they can learn some short poetries of Truth and moral in general.

We have no freedom to achieve our goal
Until from Self and fools we free the soul.
To be admitted past the veil you must
Be dead to all the crowd considers just
Once past the veil you understand the Way
From which the crowd's glib courtier blindly stray
If you have any will, leave women's stories,
And even if this search for hidden glories
Proves blasphemy at last, be sure our quest
Is not mere talk but an exacting test.
The fruit of love's great tree is poverty
Whoever knows this knows humility

If you look long and deeply enough at your mind, you will discover that it’s not what you thought it was. All the great spiritual traditions say the truth will set you free. The truth is that your mind is fundamentally open and free of limitations. The freedom you experience in meditation results from simply being able to see clearly the ongoing game of fixating on your experience— and then realizing that you actually don’t have to participate any longer.
Worldly goods do not constitute wealth – true wealth is the wealth of the soul.
Hear me! Many short-lived pleasures bequeath long-lasting grief.
A man’s worst traits are intense or unrestrained cowardice.
He who is not grateful to man, is not grateful to God.
Remember God in good times and He shall remember you in hard times.

Nearly everyone experiences the frustration of thousands of thoughts taking their minds away from that still, quiet place you want to access. The Indian saint Ramakrishna said that, in the beginning, the mind is like a “mad monkey, stung by a scorpion.” People do mad things oftenly because they are in need and have no other recourse to get food, clothing etc. However, many times, people do some bad things lie stealing because they are greedy. For example, we often read about rich individuals arrested for shop-lifting. The culprit could have purchased the same item with his own money (as he could have afforded it) but preferred to steal it because he thought he would not get caught, and because he really did not ‘need’ the item but wanted it nevertheless! So it is up to us to make a right choices in life! Everyone is responsible first of all for Himself.

Every person is faced with two choices: the good and the pleasant (tempting but unethical/wrong),
a wise person chooses the good even though it's not pleasant;
a fool chooses the pleasant with only instant gratification in mind and suffers later
Person's best friend or his worst enemy is none other than himself
When a person dwells longingly on sense objects, an inclination towards them is generated.
This inclination develops into desire and desire gives rise to anger
Let a man raise himself by his own efforts. Let a man raise not degrade himself.
The mind, which follows in the wake of the wandering senses, carries away a man's discrimination just as a gale tosses a ship on the high seas.

This one is an ancient sanskrit mantra translated in English with original singing in sanskrit text:
Om Dyauh Shaantir-Antarikssam Shaantih; Prthivii Shaantir-Aapah Shaantir-Ossadhayah Shaantih; Vanaspatayah Shaantir-Vishvedevaah Shaantir-Brahma Shaantih; Sarvam Shaantih Shaantir-Eva Shaantih Saa Maa Shaantir-Edhi; Om Shaantih Shaantih Shaantih.
This one is a very famous Rigveda verse mixed up with following other verses from mystic Rigveda, setting our minds in proper direction for life.

May there be Peace in Heaven, Sky, Earth,
May there be Peace in Water, Plants and Trees,
May there be Peace in Gods, in various Worlds;
May there be Peace in all. May there be Peace in all.
Whatever you give is given from here
and whatever you have taken is taken from here
May there be Peace indeed within Peace,
Giving me the Peace which grows within me.
Truth alone triumphs; not falsehood.
Through truth the divine path is spread out
Truth alone triumphs; not falsehood.
Through truth the divine path is spread out
Milk consumed by snakes increases their poison.

Ever wondered how much we work hard or whatever we are blessed with, but still crib about the smallest things happened to us which we were not expecting or didn’t go the way we wanted them to be. This teaching from Lord Krishna from the Holy Bhagavada Gita will really change your perspective towards life if you remember it every day.

Whatever Happened, happened for good,
Whatever is happening is happening for good,
whatever will happen will happen for good;
what have you lost that you cry for?
What did you bring, that you have lost?
What did you create that was destroyed?
What you have taken, has been from here, and whatever you gave has been given from here.
What belongs to you today, belonged to someone else yesterday, and it will belong to someone else tomorrow

For me Varanasi associates with Navagraha or all planets at one place. So this song will be about a feeling of a Unity with the Universe gained in Varanasi and meditation on all planets during a week. Vedic astrology considers that each planet has its precise function in the persons birth chart, and represents a specific energy. The planet's effect is influenced by the sign it occupies. Zodiac signs and the Houses in a horoscope give special quality to them confronting person in diferent times for different actions. Each planet represents a different part of life, a different energy. In psychology terms, they are considered your “needs” or “drives”.

Sunday is ruled by Sun it reflects our soul in the Stars. Sunday is meant for spiritual goals and activities
Monday is ruled by The Moon it reflects our mind, emotions, mother, home, feeling of happiness and satisfaction
Can you imagine planet ruling our days, our ways?
Tuesday is ruled by Mars it reflects our energy, brothers, and friends. it cases fights, scandals, and accidents
Wednesday is ruled by Mercury it reflects our juvenile energy for easygoing, witty, merry, fast speed education process
Thursday is ruled by Jupiter and its the day for your duty. Do Charities, gifts, and help others
Friday is ruled by Venus and its a day of a beauty. SO sing, dance, paint, and make someone smile.
Saturday is ruled by Saturn and it comes with your goodness you may never be sure about so ask someone forgiveness on Saturday
Each planet and the sun hangs there for your mind

Accordingly to Vedic scriptures, there are seven mothers: the real mother, the wife of the spiritual master, the wife of your life's teacher, the wife of the king, the cow, the nurse, and the earth. This song is a atharva veda mix with qualities what Mothers are teaching to us. Srimad Bhagavatam mantra for this originally sounds like this in sanscrit: ātma-mātā guroḥ patnī, brāhmaṇī rāja-patnikā, dhenur dhātrī tathā pṛthvī, saptaitā mātaraḥ smṛtāḥ. So the mindset itself goes like this - I added My mum in front of every good quality from Bhagavad Gita and Mixed something up with Bhagavad Purana thanking my real Mom from depths of the heart she ever has given birth and spent her youth on me.

My mom teach strongly do my duty
my mom teach me not expect the fruits of results
It helps see Unreal from the Real, Darkness from Light, Death From Immortality,
On this Earth do I stand,
Unvanquished, unslain, unhurt.
My mom teach me strongly resent miserliness
My mom teach me indulge in charity
because one can acquire the never-ending wealth
of immortality by doing so.
Set me, O Earth, amidst the nourishing strength
That emanates from thy body.
The Earth is my mother,
her child am!
My mom teach me strongly do not be led by others,
My mom teach me awaken your own mind,
amass your own experience,
and decide for yourself your own path

A long before I become a Reggae artist I was a traveller. With a otivation of Gandhi that Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s need, but not every man’s greed i took of for a 108 day Ascetic Trip Accros Eurasia travelling without money 4 month to self discover the pearls of Russian Christian Orthodoxy monasteries, hights of Chinese Buddhism sacred places and feel the powerfull energy of the ancient Hindu temples in India and then go back to the Western World with eyes washed in the purity of sacredness. My second trip 108 Gems of Asia was about to travel accros ancient civilisation temples and wish in each of them happiness for 108 times. This song contains part of the prayers I used to chant in Sanskrit at each of 108 temples last one being mountain Kailash in Tibet which I circumambulated in one day starting my trip at 3AM and finishing 60 km long track in Himalayas including elevation from 5,5 to 6,5 km at 9PM. This is a great mindset with a nice tune of zHustlers.
Peace, peace, peace
Jah, guide my way; my day.
Help all beings everywhere be happy and free,
and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.
O Jah, I'm with you Bro., I just don't know what to do. So do at once whatever is good for me,
I pray for blessings and protection, for material wealth and abundance.
May all my works and wishes get complete.
Just cut through my delusion and make me free from hatred.
By placing trust in a higher power, whatever is right is what will happen.
May health abound forever
May peace abound forever
May complete abundance abound forever
May auspiciousness abound forever
Om Peace, Peace Peace.
Let me be with that supremee soul
The source of Supreme Bliss,
Whose grace makes the dumb man eloquent
And the cripple cross mountains
protected from dangers and obstacles
Observed in inner peace and clarity

As also this song is in album devoted for my daughters and wifes 555 - this song I made up mixing various scriptures on woman qualities. According to Hindu texts, it is called Varnashrama-dharma and it is not a man-made system rather being natural classifications that appear to various degrees for the benefit of all human societies. Individuals have different innate tendencies for work and exhibit a variety of personal qualities. There are also natural phases in life, when it is easier and more rewarding to perform certain activities. Hinduism teaches that individuals best realise their potential by taking into account such natural arrangements, and that society should be structured and organised accordingly.
Each varna and ashram has its own specified dharma. What may be desirable for one section of society may be degrading for another. For example, absolute non-violence, which includes refraining from animal sacrifice, is essential for the priestly class but considered wholly unworthy of a kshatriya (warrior). Generating wealth and producing children are essential for householders, but intimate contact with money and women is spiritually suicidal for the renunciate. Underlying all these apparent differences is the common goal of advancing in spiritual life based on sanatana-dharma. Without the spiritual equality and sense of service inherent in sanatanadharma, varnashrama-dharma tends to degrade into the rigid and exploitative caste system.
Woman when cultivates her feminine energy by her righteous qualities gaines awesome life as she is taken care of and protected by her Husband. My great authorithy and Life teacher Dr. Torsunov explains this as follows:" With the help of knowledge first we should realise who the woman is. But now a woman thinks that her life and her primary goal is her job, and that she must have a fine education, and that she must achieve a high social position and only after that her family goes. But the family life is quite an opposite thing to work, as at home with your close people you should build close relations and at work you don’t need it. And to create good and close relations you need the feminine force, you need to develop this force and that’s what the feminine force is. But nowadays most of ladies don’t know where they should spend their energy and time, they were taught from the very childhood to achieve success and so they got used to it, but not to being women. And you of course understand that there’s no inner capacity of becoming a woman in a second, as you should receive inner knowledge through close relations.
There can be business relations, for example you talk to your husband businesslike: “Take your shoes off, go to the kitchen.” In a businesslike manner, like a chief accountant at work, you come home and say: “Come on, start working.” You see, this system does not work in this case, as when the wife starts acting with her husband in a businesslike manner, he is behaving like a cock and says: “What did you say???” And this triggers a bad situation, and it turns out that there’s no happiness in their life. Family relationship is a science, a very profound thing. A woman’s nature has the understanding what family relations are and she says to her husband: “Speak to me in another way, it’s not right, you’re already at home.” So she has the knowledge how to build relations, how to make the conversation. But a man doesn’t have such knowledge: “I make the conversation as I can”, men are simpler, but women create relations and they should know how to do it. If a lady does not know how to do it, then how will she become happy?
To know how to be happy you should develop yourself, study this topic. Some women have innate abilities to make good atmosphere in the family, but some ladies lack it. And they suffer because of it enormously, they don’t know how to talk to the husband so that he relaxes and doesn’t shout, they don’t know it. This is the real problem." So enjoy the mindset! There is also a youtube video for this!

What makes a girl be beautiful?
Is it a shiny collor of the lipstick,
is it gold, or velvet what they weare
What makes a girl be beautiful?
And what she must do to achieve it
Is told for centuries for us to percieve it
Girl is beautifull when humble
Modest and compassioned
Not cheeky but obedient and simple
She is beutifull when running conqure the great large world pure with light
running away from empty chatters
No nasty words, no shouting boastful
no looks indecent and lecherous
A girl of beauty can't just stand that!
She honors mom and dad,
her beauty lies in patience
She knows the secret of being calm
She is chaste, honest and hardworking
She doesnt lie, nor looks revenge,
She isn't rude but shines through purity
Her conciousnes is fixed on state
To be a girl - how God commanded
How nature made for harmony and family
Today there's plenty trying to be different
And falsly are enslaved by false beauty
Remember, girls, to strive for purity
so girls, girls, girls,
be yourself as god commanded

One smart and tallented living dervish Dr. Norbekov once said that to start any business you don't need a penny. This phrase has moved me for years. The believ that God will always be there to take care for you, just have to fully relly and be obedient to the life. Man's main duty is to Pray to Jah whatever you call him as he is One so being obedient to Him and His decisions in a life.
This song is from the poem of really hardships and tough struggle gone through boy named Jetsun Milarepa lived about a thousand years ago up in the Himalayas. He was forced by wish of mothers revenge to become a Tibetan magician monk, who famously was a mass murderer in the name of that revenge then after turning to Buddhism to become an accomplished buddha despite his past. He is generally considered as one of Tibet's most famous yogis and poets, serving as an example for the Buddhist life. There are still many of his caves available to visit in Nepal which has inspired me to include him also in my mindset collection as his story is more than unique and fascinating.
Maintain the state of undistractedness, and distractions will fly away.
Dwell alone, and you shall find the friend.
Take the lowest place, and you shall reach the highest.
Hasten slowly, and you shall soon arrive. Renounce all worldly goals, and you shall reach the highest goal.
If you follow this unfrequented path, you will find the shortest way.
If you realize sunyata (the absolute emptiness), compassion will arise within your hearts;
and when you lose all differentiation between yourself and others, then you will be fit to serve others.

Not less important role for search for the One God plays Mystic from Mecca - Muhhamad who is known for manifesting Gods will for his victories like on several occasions providing food and water supernaturally. Most famous being that he quenched the thirst of thousands of his soldiers during the Battle of Tabouk and enabled them to use water for ablution after causing water to pour forth. He also caused two trees to move at his command. According to Islamic doctrine, he was a prophet, sent to present and confirm the monotheistic teachings preached previously by Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and other prophets so being the seal of prophets and Prophet of God in all the main branches of Islam. He was born in Mecca in 570, most of his early life was spent as a merchant. At age 40, he began to have revelations from God (arabic Allah) that became the basis for the Koran and the foundation of Islam and by 630 he had unified most of Arabia under a single religion. Here are some verses of his powerfull prayers reflecting Amazingly Powerfull Trust in God.
It is very sad that today people are triggered by media for sometimes nonsense actions like religious wars which happens only due to passionate believes mixed with ignorance. No daubts there is One God. And no daubts God wants us to fight for death for that.

God, accept my repentance, wash away my offences, and answer my prayer.
God, I ask You for a tranquil life, a pure death, and a return to You free from disgrace and dishonor.
God, grant me the protection You grant the newborn.
God, You are Forgiving and love forgiving – forgive me my sins.
God, You have made me beautiful – make my character beautiful too.
God, choose and single out what is good for me.
God, I seek refuge with You
from knowledge without benefit; from a heart without humility,
from a prayer unheard and from an appetite unsated.
I seek refuge with You from the evil of all four.

The next zHustlers album I decided to call simply a Fruit of Love due to wish to continue the mindset work in a chilled out reggae good enough to listen for my daughters. It's mostly about Religion and Devotion to the One Supreme God including poems from various sacred and ancient religious materials. The album features 14 chilled out reggae dub songs with consciousness uplifting beats and lyrics including Bhagavad Gita, Bible, Koran, Torah, Kabbalah and Rigveda scriptures each telling a story, interesting enough the music itself has a melodic and rhythmic progression that is not commonly found as it has a constructive complexity that perfectly blends Dub and Reggae and matches a positive energy along with it, as it may sound very simple at first notice you will find that it envelopes you in a state of calmness and trance-like mental and physical peace.
I used Edwin Arnold translation of Bhagavad Gita for my songs. Generally the story in this song is about when present in the battlefield, one remembers and thinks about his last moments of life. In the battlefield a person thinks, “Will I overcome death or will death overpower me?” This fear arises in the mind, and one suddenly becomes aware of the impermanence of life. So in such a situation it is natural for such questions to arise in the mind. In the same way, Arjuna too began to have these questions. So this intense curiosity arose in Arjuna to know what is Karma; what is Spirituality; what is Adidaivik, etc. Hearing this, Lord Krishna says:

I- speaking with thee in this body here-
Am, thou embodied one! (for all the shrines
Flame unto Me!) And, at the hour of death,
He that hath meditated Me alone,
In putting off his flesh, comes forth to Me,
Enters into My Being- doubt thou not!
But, if he meditated otherwise
At hour of death, in putting off the flesh,
He goes to what he looked for, Kunti's Son!
Because the Soul is fashioned to its like.
Have Me, then, in thy heart always! and fight!
Thou too, when heart and mind are fixed on Me,
Shalt surely come to Me! All come who cleave
With never-wavering will of firmest faith,
Owning none other Gods: all come to Me,

The whole Bhagavad Gita is a short war story with massive destruction. Krishna wanted Arjuna to fight the War for two reasons: Firstly, to uproot Adharma and establish Dharma: At the outset, it is important to mention that Pandavs resort to war only after all their attempts of arriving at a peaceful settlement with the Kauravas failed. Neither Krishna nor Bhagvad Gita advocates violence as many tend to believe. In fact, Pandavas were willing to accept even five villages but the Kauravas refused to concede even an inch of land. Krishna declares in Bhagvad Gita that, "Whenever dharma declines and the purpose of life is forgotten, I manifest myself on earth. I am born in every age to protect the good, to destroy evil, and to reestablish dharma." The Kauravas represent adharma in Mahabharta as they were treacherous, selfish, jealous, evil and full of hatred towards Pandavas while Pandavas represent Dharma as they were always willing to tread the path of righteousness and uphold Dharma. Thus, to establish Dharma, the Kauravas had to be destroyed and the war had to be fought. Secondly, Krishna wanted Arjuna to fulfill his duty as a Kshatriya (Warrior) as is evident from the following verse, "Besides, considering your duty as a warrior, you should not waver. Indeed, for a warrior, there is no better engagement than fighting for upholding of righteousness." Thus, Krishna struck two birds in one shot by encouraging Arjuna to fight the war as Adharma was destroyed and Arjuna successfully performed his dharma of being a Kshatriya so becoming a King - to establish back his Kingdom - to be Born as a King.

“Then, O King! the God, so saying,
Stood, to Pritha's Son displaying
All the splendour, wonder, dread
Of His vast Almighty-head.
Out of countless eyes beholding,
Out of countless mouths commanding,
Countless mystic forms enfolding
In one Form: supremely standing
Countless radiant glories wearing,
Countless heavenly weapons bearing,
Crowned with garlands of star-clusters,
Robed in garb of woven lustres,
Breathing from His perfect Presence
Breaths of every subtle essence
Of all heavenly odours; shedding
Blinding brilliance; overspreading-
Boundless, beautiful- all spaces
With His all-regarding faces;
So He showed! If there should rise
Suddenly within the skies
Sunburst of a thousand suns
Flooding earth with beams undeemed-of,
Then might be that Holy One's
Majesty and radiance dreamed of!”

Continuing quoting Bhagavad Gita importand mindset gives simple and understandable explenation on believe. The ultimatet purpose of Vedic knowledge is to detach oneself from the entanglement of the the material world and to understand Lord Krishna as the Supreme Personality of Godhead. One who understands Krishna's supreme identity surrenders unto Him and engages in His devotional service so reaching highest abode after death and learns Dharma - his duties. Chapter 15 is known as a Gita within a Gita. This chapter tells us what Bhagwan is teaching.  Absolute is introduced and how absolute has become relative. Who the creator is and what the creator has done. How we have forgotten and fallen from our nature and how to remember and rise into our nature once again.
Like flowers becomes fruits — or results of actions. This is the cycle of vasanas. Also thought of as samsara (to be stuck). If you are a tree with all of that stuff on it, do you ever see or notice the trunk? Samsara hides the samsara from all of us. It is hiding the truth that this is an ashwatha tree. Tomorrow the tree may not be there. Root is on up and is projecting that tree outwards/downwards (that is extroversion- projecting outside/devolving down and becoming more dependent). Projecting is done through the gunas. Close you are to the roots (saatwa/heaven). Further down you are (taamas/hell). But it is still the tree- heaven and hell are still part of the ashwatha. Jah is just for song. SO actually it's a Bhagavad Gita.

When, in this world of manifested life,
The undying Spirit, setting forth from Me,
Taketh on form, it draweth to itself
From Being's storehouse,- which containeth all,-
Senses and intellect. The Sovereign Soul
Thus entering the flesh, or quitting it,
Gathers these up, as the wind gathers scents,
Blowing above the flower.-beds. Ear and Eye,
And Touch and Taste, and Smelling, these it takes,-
Yea, and a sentient mind;- linking itself
To sense-things so.
The unenlightened ones
Mark not that Spirit when he goes or comes,
Nor when he takes his pleasure in the form,
Conjoined with qualities; but those see plain
Who have the eyes to see. Holy souls see
Which strive thereto. Enlightened, they perceive
That Spirit in themselves; but foolish ones,
Even though they strive, discern not, having hearts
Unkindled, ill-informed!
The ever-holy tree. YAH
for its leaves Are green. YAH!
and waving hymns which whisper YAH!

The family, in society, is an institution by itself from the ancient times. The joint family system or an extended family has been an important feature in culture, till a blend of urbanisation and UN influence, began to affect in home and hearth. This is especially true of urban areas, where no families have become the order of the day. There is no denying the fact that socio-economic factors have played their role in the joint family system getting diluted however with a tinge of sadness, I feel that the present-day lifestyle is causing serious damage to the critical role played by a joint or an extended family system in preserving cultural values, traditions and customs, which have been passed on from generation to generation. I choosed this text as a prayer for my own family and to keep it happy and together as at the end we all serve One Truth - One Love.
Original text is taken from Rig-Veda, Book 10: HYMN CXCI for Agni starting with the verses I didnt included in the song missing: THOU, mighty Agni, gatherest up all that is precious for thy friend. Bring us all treasures as thou art enkindled in libation's place.

Lets meet together, speak together
Let our minds be of one accord
as the Jah of old, being of one mind
accepted his share of sacrifice
Lets meet together, speak together
Let our hearts vibe feel One Love
may our counsel be common, our assembly common
common the mind, and the thoughts of us united
A common purpose do I lay before you
and worship with your common oblation
let our aims be common
and our hearts of one accord
and all of us be of one mind
so all may live well together

Diery products are the basis for ayurvedical kitchen as even an oil in which the food is cooked in is made from purified butter made from cows milk.
And regarding the Cow - it's been a subject of a mass discussion recently which also need for deeper explenation of a cows essence of existence and duties from Sanskrit - Devangari - Gods language point of view.
Why cows milk is so important - is due to that was an animal brought to the Earth by our creators from another planet - planet from where our creators came from. Planet where Egoism is at least 100 times lower than on Earth. Planet where creatures are concious enough to respect each others existance claim for experiences unregardless of a life form taken. So on that Planet also all creatures understand their purpose of existance and use of gained body.
Cow is also a creature with 100 times less rgo than human and any other animal on Earth. Cow even being on Earth understands it's necessity for providing milk as its used on higher planets but on Earth it's just by accident due to creation of selfish slaves - humans - for the purpose of Creators but left here for us a a gift - a gift to percieve a product which is generaly  from a so called paradise. We are what we eat - and Creators of us has laid down in their instructions for Humanity - Vedas - benefits of each and every creation describing cows milk as conciousnes purifying, ego reducing product recommended for everyone saying that cows milk is a blessing from above.
Recently there is massive vegan agenda going on again diery products. Have you ever wondered why never vegetarianism had active social campaigns going on but vegans now are promoted everywhere? Even if badly treated cows in diery farms is indeed an unforgivefull act - it is really not reason enough to not consume milk products as milk's thin and concious energy is 100 times higher than Earth average understanding of happiness and can give for humanity a valuable spiritual growth. It is rather a reason for humanity to rethink mass milk production policies and stronger regulate cows rights. If all vegans who scream for bad cows conditions and suggest because of that not consuming diery products to invite people for mass actions on treating cow as indeed something special on which humanity has grown for millenias on - that would be a good better step for humanity.
Even if milk is boiled in microwave and with all chemicals what they add in Western countries - it's still most unique almost alien product for wonderful availability of humanity we should treat as most precious gift for us - not avoid it ats it's bennefits even in this conditions are tremendous.
On average vegetarians live 15/20 years longer than people eating food from any thinking creature, they are less attending doctors, have more healthy and younger looking body and thats just becaouse of non violence food makes non violence and harmonious life.
So rethink your diet - eat conciously. Avoid vegan babylon system agenda, roll more spliffs and cook in ghee. Check out this latest cookbook now also in hardcopy!
But milk is good to drink only in the evening, cheese in the day time, yoghurt in the mornings. If scientists who screams about bad influence of a milk on a health would read the instructions for them - they would make their decisions right. So drink milk and be vegetarian for a happy life and thank some cow esch time you get a milk - as its a MAGIC!;)
This song is taken from a biblical passage speaking of Israel’s abundant natural produce (milk and honey), from the perspective of a people yearning for a better life.

Jah, bring us to good land
In this land of milk and honey.
For those lucky few that made it,
this was a land of milk and honey.
Land flowing of Milk and Honey
Land flowing of Milk and Honey
But will sympathy lead us to this
land flowing with milk and honey?
Like a vision from the Promised Land,
we are already this land a land
And I heard that they can draw milk and honey from streams.
I find, after all, that a man's destiny
can be truly wonderful.
When I think that one man, one body and one spirit,
was enough to turn a desert into the land of Canaan
into a Land flowing of Milk and Honey.

This mindset is taken from Sefer Yetzirah which is the title of the earliest extant book on Jewish esotericism, although some early commentators treated it as a treatise on mathematical and linguistic theory as opposed to Kabbalah. Yetzirah is more literally translated as a Book of Formation. The twenty-two letters: they are engraved by voice, hewn out by breath, fixed in the mouth in five positions. Quarry of the Torah, Treasury of Wisdom, Quarry of God’s breath, to teach that the blessed Holy One hewed out all the letters of Torah, engraving them with breath, and actualizing His forms.
A certain philosopher asked Rabban Gamaliel, saying: Your God was indeed a great, artist, but surely He found good materials which assisted Him? He said: What are they? welter and waste (Genesis 1:2), darkness, water, wind, and the deep; woe to that man. Of all of them it is said Creation: He fashions, light and, creates, darkness (Isaiah 45:7); water: Praise Him, utmost heavens, and the waters above the heavens (Psalms 148:4)—why? For He commanded, and they were created (ibid., 5); wind: Yotser, He fashions, the mountains and vo’re, creates, the wind (Amos 4:13); the depths: When there were no deeps I was spawned, when there were no wellsprings, heavy with water (Proverbs 8:24)” When the blessed Holy One wished to fashion the world, all the letters were hidden away. For two thousand years before creating the world, the blessed Holy One contemplated them and played with them. As He verged on creating the world, all the letters presented themselves before Him, from last to first.Twenty-two letters to start with.

He engraved, quarried, and weighed,
exchanged and combined—
and with them formed all of creation
and all that He was destined to fashion.
Twenty-two letters
carved through voice,
quarried in air,
and fixed in the mouth
in five positions;
certain sounds in the throat,
certain sounds on the lips,
certain sounds against the palate,
and certain sounds behind the teeth
and others along the tongue.
Twenty-two letters fixed
in a wheel like a wall
with two hundred and thirty-one doors—
the wheel whirs
back and forth
and the sign bearing its witness is:
No good is greater than oneg (pleasure);
no evil greater than neg’a (plague).
How did He
combine, weigh,
and exchange them?
Aleph in all
and all in Aleph;
Bet in all
and all in Bet.
Over and over and on again,
through two hundred and thirty-one gates—
with every creature
and also speech
issuing from a single Name.
He created substance from Nothing—
from isn’t making what there is—
He hewed tremendous columns
out of air that can’t be grasped.
He combined, exchanged,
and fashioned
all of creation
and every locution
within a single Name,
and the sign
bearing its witness is:
twenty-two longed-for things
in a single body bound.
From here on in consider
what a mouth can’t utter
and what the ear can’t hear . . .

From the Hebrew Jahweh is the Lord of Hosts .The seven Jewish and the seven Islamic heavens may have had their origin in Babylonian astronomy. In general, heaven is not a place for humans in Mesopotamian religion. The number seven appears frequently in Babylonian magical rituals. The Sumerians believed that the universe had come into being through a series of cosmic births. First, Nammu, the primeval waters, gave birth to An (the sky) and Ki (the earth), who mated together and produced a son named Enlil. Enlil separated heaven from earth and claimed the earth as his domain. Humans were believed to have been created by Enki, the son of An and Nammu. Heaven was reserved exclusively for deities and, upon their deaths, all mortals' spirits, regardless of their behavior while alive, were believed to go to Kur, a cold, dark cavern deep beneath the earth, which was ruled by the goddess Ereshkigal and where the only food available was dry dust. In later times, Ereshkigal was believed to rule alongside her husband Nergal, the god of death.
The major deities in the Sumerian pantheon included An, the god of the heavens, Enlil, the god of wind and storm, Enki, the god of water and human culture, Ninhursag, the goddess of fertility and the earth, Utu, the god of the sun and justice, and his father Nanna, the god of the moon. During the Akkadian Period and afterward, Inanna, the goddess of sex, beauty, and warfare, was widely venerated across Sumer and appeared in many myths, including the famous story of her descent into the Underworld.
Sumerian religion heavily influenced the religious beliefs of later Mesopotamian peoples; elements of it are retained in the mythologies and religions of the Hurrians, Akkadians, Babylonians, Assyrians, and other Middle Eastern culture groups. Scholars of comparative mythology have noticed many parallels between the stories of the ancient Sumerians and those recorded later in the early parts of the Hebrew Bible.

From the sky to the heavens’ heavens
From the heavens’ heavens to the darkness on high
From the darkness on high to the upper dwelling
From the upper dwelling to the heavenly halls
From the heavenly halls to the doors of heaven
From the doors of heaven to the highest heaven
From the highest heaven up to the throne
And from the throne to the chariot
Who could imagine You
Who could compare You
Who has seen
Who has been
Who would hold his head high, or raise an eye
Who would insist
Who would persist
Who would dare
Who would consider
Who would be so coarse and proud
Who would plot and build
When You ride a cherub
And glide on the wind
And wander through thunder
And move within storms
Making Your way through the waters
And sending Yourself through flames
A thousand thousands and tens of thousands
becoming men
and becoming women
and becoming spirits
and becoming demons,
becoming every likeness
and carrying every mission out
With reverence and awe, trembling in fear,
shivering and shaking,
they open their mouths extolling
Your holy name, and as it is written, calling:
Holy, holy, holy
is the Lord of hosts—
The world is filled with His glory.

Kalidasa was a Classical Sanskrit writer, widely regarded as the greatest poet and dramatist in the Sanskrit language of India. His plays and poetry are primarily based on the Vedas, the Ramayana, the Mahabharata and the Puranas. According to folklore, once a scholarly princess decided to find a suitable groom by testing men in her kingdom for their intelligence. When no man could pass the test, the frustrated citizens decided to send Kalidasa, an unintelligent man, for an interview with the princess. Kalidasa fared poorly, and was greatly humiliated by the princess.
Challenged by the princess, he visited a Kali temple, and was inspired to learn Sanskrit; he studied the Puranas and other ancient texts, and become a great poet. He then wrote three epics starting with the words of his insult: is there anything particularly intelligent you can now say?, implying, have you attained any profound knowledge that should make me give you a special welcome? From these three words he embraced, he wrote his three classic books. From “asti” = asti-uttarasyaam dishi, he produced the epic “Kumarasambhava”; from “Kaschit” = kashchit-kaantaa, he wrote the poem “Meghaduta” and from “Vagvisheshah”= vaagarthaaviva, he wrote the epic “Raghuvansha".

Look to this day:
For it is life, the very life of life.
In its brief course
Lie all the verities and realities of your existence.
The bliss of growth,
The glory of action,
The splendour of achievement
Are but experiences of time.
For yesterday is but a dream
And tomorrow is only a vision;
And today well-lived, makes
Yesterday a dream of happiness
And every tomorrow a vision of hope.
Look well therefore to this day;
Such is the salutation to the ever-new dawn!

As for the sacred writings of Hinduism, here is my favorite passage from the Bhagavad Gita as translated by Sir Edwin Arnold but added from my side I want to get high high high having sort of double meaning of a song. Anyways. This verse of Bhagavad Gita explains the qualities man should have to reach his goals in life - liberation and even heavenly birth. So get higher higher than a gighest hights in your mind and ethics!

Fearlessness, singleness of soul, the wilL
Always to strive for wisdom; opened hand
And governed appetites; and piety,
And love of lonely study; humbleness,
Uprightness, heed to injure nought which lives,
Truthfulness, slowness unto wrath, a mind
That lightly letteth go what others prize;
And equanimity, and charity
Which spieth no man's faults; and tenderness
Towards all that suffer; a contented heart,
Fluttered by no desires; a bearing mild,
Modest, and grave, with manhood nobly mixed,
With patience, fortitude, and purity;
An unrevengeful spirit, never given
To rate itself too high;- such be the signs,
O Indian Prince! of him whose feet are set
On that fair path which leads to heavenly birth!

Speech and language skills are at the root of your child’s cognitive and social-emotional development. Each conversation you have, each opportunity to add new words to your child’s word bank or use words in different ways, is critical, not only for school adjustment and performance, but also for parent-child relationships and relationships with peers, friends, relations, teachers, and even the dog! Research overwhelmingly supports the connection of speech and language to reading and math success and it also shows that social and emotional skills can be traced directly to language skills. Children need words to develop appropriate strategies for conflict resolution and to read the social cues of others. Their emotional strength and resilience develop from the success they have understanding others and communicating their own needs. So whet your whistle. Support, encouragement, example, and modeling in this area need your attention.

I am speech –and I am queen of the world.
I am the point at which all riches meet.
I am the point at which all skills come together
I am the one who gives meaning to what is seen.
I am the one who lives in every breath.
I am the one who gives understanding to what is heard.
Though they do not realize it, people eat, see, breathe and hear through me.
Those who are famous for their wisdom are wise through me;
I taught them what they know – and they heeded me.
I am the one who conveys joy from one person to another.
Those whom I love I make them clever and sharp.
I incite people to compete for knowledge
I have pervaded the earth and the sky.

Sufism been called the flower of Islam. Gentle, introspective, and highly spiritual, Sufism is a mystical tradition that promotes universal love, peace and tolerance. The Sufi message of enlightenment is in sharp contrast to Islamic extremism that is so often in today's headlines. Sufis strive to maintain spiritual enlightenment without turning their backs on everyday life. Sufis say they maintain faith in God through meditation, selfless service, music and poetry. The Sufi movement didn't begin with a single founder and it wasn't originally recognized as a separate dimension of Islam. In the eighth century, some Muslims began to renounce worldly pleasures as Islamic empires accumulated wealth through trade. They believed worldly possessions, if not kept to a minimum, could take away their love for God and corrupt their soul.

To rise on high
and descend below,
to ride the chariot’s wheels
and explore in the world,
to wander on earth
and contemplate splendor,
to draw on the crown
and sound Glory,
to utter praises
and link letters,
to utter names
and behold what is
above and below,
to know the meaning
of the living
and see the vision
of the dead.
To ford rivers of fire
and know lightning.

The Hebrew Scriptures sometimes claim that there is only one God, and sometimes that Yahweh is the greatest among many gods. Things get even more confusing in the New Testament, where Jesus and the Holy Ghost are also referred to as God. The concept of the "Holy Trinity" was created to address this contradiction, but the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost continue to divide Christians today.
The Old Testament is the first part of Christian Bibles, based primarily upon the Hebrew Bible (or Tanakh), a collection of ancient religious writings by the Israelites believed by most Christians and religious Jews to be the sacred Word of God. The books that comprise the Old Testament canon, as well as their order and names, differ between Christian denominations. The Catholic canon comprises 46 books, and the canons of the Eastern Orthodox and Oriental Orthodox Churches comprise up to 51 books and the most common Protestant canon comprises 39 books. The 39 books in common to all the Christian canons correspond to the 24 books of the Tanakh, with some differences of order, and there are some differences in text. The additional number reflects the splitting of several texts (Kings, Samuel and Chronicles, Ezra–Nehemiah and the minor prophets) into separate books in Christian bibles.
The Old Testament consists of many distinct books by various authors produced over a period of centuries. Christians traditionally divide the Old Testament into four sections:  the first five books or Pentateuch (Torah); the history books telling the history of the Israelites, from their conquest of Canaan to their defeat and exile in Babylon; the poetic and "Wisdom books" dealing, in various forms, with questions of good and evil in the world; and the books of the biblical prophets, warning of the consequences of turning away from God.

Come, let us worship and bow down
Before the Lord, Most Holy
Before the King of Glory
Come and lay your burdens down
Before the Friend who's faithful
Before the One who's able
For He is our God
And we are His people
He is our God
And we will never be forsaken
Come, let us lift our voice in praise
Unto the Rock of Ages
Unto the God who saves us
Come and glorify His name
All the earth together
All the saints forever
For He is our God
And we are His people
Yes, He is our God
And we will never be forsaken
You are our God
And we are Your people
Yes, You are our God
And we will be with You
Yes, You are our God
And we will be with You forever

And this second album inspired by my daughters I wanted to finalize with a chapter from Bhagavad Gita describing the bad qualities of humans any of us should avoid. Chapter 16 of this book deals with the Separateness of the Divine and the Undivine in general explaining undivine in this particular song. Those who possess demoniac qualities and who live whimsically, without following the regulations of scripture, attain lower births and further material bondage. But those who possess divine qualities and live regulated lives gradually attain spiritual perfection. So turn on the base - Music is heaviest Dub ever..
The theme of this chapter is the analysis of divine and devilish qualities that are present in every human being. Shri Krishna beings by listing all of the divine qualities such as fearlessness and purity of mind. He then provides a similar but brief list of devilish qualities such as ostentation and arrogance. He underscores the point that the divine qualities are a stepping stone towards self realization and liberation, but the devilish qualities are a slippery slope towards never-ending bondage and sorrow
Next, the philosophy of materialists is analyzed in great detail, because extreme materialism is considered no different than devilish nature. At its core, materialists do not believe in any overarching humanitarian laws or values, since they see the world as nothing but a combination of elements. Material gain is the sole aim of their lives. Anyone or anything that comes in their aim is a target for annihilation.
Shri Krishna says that such people are steeped in delusion and ignorance. Instead of bringing happiness, their infinite desires only bring them infinite worries. These infinite desires bind them and prod them to illegal and unethical means of accumulating wealth. What should I acquire next, whom should I harm next, this becomes their thinking. They develop extreme arrogance and pride towards their family, their wealth and their actions. They totally sever any association with whatever little values and conscience in them.

In nooses of a hundred idle hopes,
Slaves to their passion and their wrath, they buy
Wealth with base deeds, to glut hot appetites;
"Thus much, to-day," they say, "we gained! thereby

Such and such wish of heart shall have its fill;
And this is ours! and th' other shall be ours!
To-day we slew a foe, and we will slay
Our other enemy to-morrow! Look!

Are we not lords? Make we not goodly cheer?
Is not our fortune famous, brave, and great?
Rich are we, proudly born! What other men
Live like to us? Kill, then, for sacrifice!

Cast largesse, and be merry!" So they speak
Darkened by ignorance; and so they fall —

In blindness cleaving to their errors, caught
Into the sinful course, they trust this lie

During the process of my hustling and exploring further Sufi traditions I got triggered by the amazing book by Andrew Harvey and Eryk Hanutcalled Perfume of the Desert: Inspirations from Sufi Wisdom.
By reading poem through poem through this book my muse gave me more eastern reggae beats and I decided to make next album called Perfume of the Desert - same as this amazing book - singed in fifteen smooth chilled out reggae tracks.
So try to also listen to zHustlers Inspirations from Sufi Wisdom of in the stunning reggae beats filled with readings drawn from Sufi mysticism. Teaching stories, prophetic sayings, folk tales and jests, of the ecstatic poetry of Rumi, Kabir, and others.
My first chosen mindset is from Al-Hallaj who was born around 858 in Fars province of Persia to a cotton-carder (Hallaj means "cotton-carder" in Arabic) in an Arabized town called al-Bayḍā'. His grandfather was a Zoroastrian. His father moved to a town in Wasit famous for its school of Quran reciters. Al-Hallaj memorized the Qur'an before he was 12 years old and would often retreat from worldly pursuits to join other mystics in study at the school of Sahl al-Tustari. During this period Al-Hallaj lost his ability to speak Persian and later wrote exclusively in Arabic.
When he was twenty, al-Hallaj moved to Basra, where he married and received his Sufi habit from 'Amr Makkī, although his lifelong and monogamous marriage later provoked jealousy and opposition from the latter. Through his brother-in-law, al-Hallaj found himself in contact with a clan which supported the Zaydi Zanj rebellion, which had elements of Shi'i school of thought. He retained from this period some apparently Shi'i expressions, but he remained faithful to Sunnism.
He later went to Baghdad to consult the famous Sufi teacher Junayd Baghdadi, but he was tired of the conflict that existed between his father-in-law and 'Amr Makkī and he set out on a pilgrimage to Mecca, against the advice of Junayd Baghdadi, as soon as the Zanj rebellion was crushed.
In Mecca he made a vow to remain for one year in the courtyard of the sanctuary in fasting and total silence. When he returned from Mecca, he laid down the Sufi tunic and adopted a "lay habit" in order to be able to preach more freely. At that time a number of Sunnis, including former Christians who would later become viziers at the Abbasid court, became his disciples, but other Sufis were scandalized, while some Muʿtazilis and Shias who held high posts in the government accused him of deception and incited the mob against him. Al-Hallaj left for eastern Iran and remained there for five years, preaching in the Arab colonies and fortified monasteries that housed volunteer fighters in the jihad, after which he was able to return and install his family in Baghdad.
Al-Hallaj made his second pilgrimage to Mecca with four hundred disciples, where some Sufis, his former friends, accused him of sorcery and making a pact with the jinn.[8] Afterwards he set out on a long voyage that took him to India and Turkestan beyond the frontiers of Islamic lands. About 290/902 he returned to Mecca for his final pilgrimage clad in an Indian loin-cloth and a patched garment over his shoulders. There he prayed to God to be made despised and rejected, so that God alone might grant grace to Himself through His servant's lips.

What earth is this - so in want of you
they rise up on high - to seek you in heaven?
Look at them staring - at you
right before their eyes, unseeing, unseeing, blind.

I was patient, but can the heart
be patient of its heart?
My spirit and yours blend together
whether we are near one another or far away.

I am you, you, my being,
end of my desire,
The most intimate of secret thoughts enveloped
and fixed along the horizon in folds of light.

How? The "how" is known along the outside,
while the interior of beyond to and for the heart of being.
Creatures perish in the darkened hjkkl,.lind of quest, knowing intimations.

Guessing and dreaming they pursue the real,
faces turned toward the sky whispering secrets to the heavens.

While the lord remains among them - in every turn of time
abiding in their every condition - every instant.

Never without him, they, not for the blink of an eye --
if only they knew! nor he for a moment without them.

Isn't that each of us at least once at life have realy prayed to God? And wasn't it ever he didn't answered? So why this anxiety and stress over disturbes our trust in God that every little thing is going to be allright!? We go through moments in life that make us worried, stressed and very anxious...so anxious that our thought patterns are distorted or we become immobile and don’t want to take action.
Some people self-medicate with alcohol or drugs, or even overeat unhealthy food which may lead to other addictive behaviors. Even though these methods may work temporarily, they are only numbing feelings and not relieving the underlying problems. What's needed is a regular, daily health routine for the long term.
Often, we feel instilled with fear and reluctance, and find that there is no way out of our stressful situations. A regular meditation or a deep prayer practice incorporating the right poses can help to alleviate some of this anxiety.

Why so restless, so impatient, my heart?
He watches over birds, animals, the tiniest insect –
He loved you even when you were in your mother”s belly.
Do you seriously imagine
He will not look after you
Now that you are here?
Oh my heart, how could you bear
To turn from his smile
And stray so far from Him?
You have abandoned your true Beloved
And are hankering after others –
That is why ally your works are useless.

Kabir, translation by Andrew Harvey and Eryk Hanut - 'Perfume of the Desert'

Sufi meditation is like yoga and word for meditation used is observation indicating that a person watches over their spiritual heart and gains insight into the heart's relation with its creator and its own surroundings. Observation is a core concept in commonly found sufi orders. Sufism is the esoteric path within Islam, where the goal is to purify oneself and achieve mystical union with the Supreme (named Allah in this tradition). The practitioners of Sufism are called Sufis, and they follow a variety of spiritual practices, many of which were influenced by the tradition of Yoga in India. In this post, I’ll explore the several types of Sufi meditation.

He said to me, Who are the people of the fire?
I said, The people of the exterior letter.
He said, Who are the people of the garden?
I said, The people of the hidden letter.
He said, What is the exterior letter?
I said, Knowledge that does not lead to action.
He said, What is the hidden letter?
I said, Knowledge that leads to reality.
He said, What is the action?
I said, Sincerity.
He said, What is reality?
I said, That through which you reveal yourself.
He said to me, What is sincerity?
I said, Turning towards your face.
He said, What is self-revelation?
I said, What you meet in the heart of your lovers.

Unlike many of the other meditation techniques, Sufi meditation is spiritual by nature. There is no “secular version” of these techniques, as the idea of God is part of their DNA. The core of all their practices is to remember God, fill the heart with God, and unite oneself with Him. So if you are atheist or agnostic, you probably won’t find these meaningful.
The journey of the Sufi is the journey of the lover returning to the arms of the Beloved, a journey of love in which we “die” as egos so we can be one with Him. It’s the way of the heart. All of the practices are aimed at letting go of one’s ego, which is considered the biggest obstacle to realization.

Oh! Supreme Lover!
Let me leave aside my worries.
The flowers are blooming
with the exultation of your Spirit.

By Allah!
I long to escape the prison of my ego
and lose myself
in the mountains and the desert.

These sad and lonely people tire me.
I long to revel in the drunken frenzy of your love
and feel the strength of Rustam in my hands.

I'm sick of mortal kings.
I long to see your light.
With lamps in hand
the sheikhs and mullahs roam
the dark alleys of these towns
not finding what they seek.

You are the Essence of the Essence,
The intoxication of Love.
I long to sing your praises
but stand mute
with the agony of wishing in my heart.

The roots of Sufism date back to around 1400 years ago, but they became near-extinct in the 20th century. There are different orders of Sufis, each emphasizing different exercises. In this article, I have drawn techniques from different schools.
Sufism is not a monastic path. The Sufi wayfarer lives in the inner world of the heart as well as functioning responsibly in society.
The core of Sufi meditation is to be conscious of the Divine at all times, until there is no longer a sense of separation between meditation, God, and daily life. This is called oneness (ekatmata) - that is, the complete merging with the Beloved and cessation of duality - the same as yoga.
In Arabic, the word for meditation is muraqabah (also murakebe), and the literal meaning is to watch over, to wait or to protect. The essence of Sufi meditation is two fold:
keep your attention focused on God, and awaken love in your heart so that you can merge with the Beloved; constantly watch your mind so that no other thought except that of God enters the mind.

A man who does not know mystical suffering
is not really alive –
He is like ice.
Suffering in the soul is a sign of life;
It shows submission to God
Sufferings are wings for the bird of the soul;
A bird without wings cannot take flight.
So weep and groan and lament, my friend,
So you can free yourself from this prison
And fly to that placeless place where you will be
Free forever in the boundless sky of God.

During meditation there is watching over the mind, focusing the thoughts on God (remembrance of Him), and an awakening of love in the heart. This practice is done in as a formal meditation, and also should be followed during all moments of one’s day. Irrelevant thoughts are considered harmful, and one keeps a watch on the mind to make sure they don’t sprout. You come to onennes with One. The essential aspect of this practice is the continual remembrance of God, typically by repeating one of these four formulas: Allah (God), Allah hu (God, just He), La ilaha illa ‘llah (“There is no God but God”), La ilaha illa hu (“There is no God but He”).
For the Yogis, the spiritual heart or so called anahata chakra is in the center of the chest, under the sternum bone. Some—like Ramana Maharshi and some Tantric texts—speak of the spiritual heart as being different from the heart chakra, and call it hridaya, saying it is on the right side of the chest. But according to the Sufis, the spiritual heart is at the same place where the physical heart is - on the left.
Some Sufis consider that music and dancing act as a catalyst to produce in them a state of ecstasy. It is mostly practiced by the Dervishes of the Mevlevi Order, and it is called Samazen.

What are "I" and "You"?
Just lattices
In the niches of a lamp
Through which the One Light radiates.

"I" and "You" are the veil
Between heaven and earth;
Lift this veil and you will see
How all sects and religions are one.

Lift this veil and you will ask---
When "I" and "You" do not exist
What is mosque?
What is synagogue?
What is fire temple?

Like everything else in Sufism, it’s all about abandoning one’s ego, focusing on God, and merging with love. It’s the soul dancing out of love for God. It’s a training for awareness and for the heart. Mevlâna Jalâluddîn Rumi says, “All loves are a bridge to Divine love. Yet, those who have not had a taste of it do not know!”.

O Lord,
If tomorrow on Judgment Day
You send me to Hell,
I will tell such a secret
That Hell will race from me
Until it is a thousand years away.
O Lord,
Whatever share of this world
You could give to me,
Give it to Your enemies;
Whatever share of the next world
You want to give to me,
Give it to Your friends.
You are enough for me.
O Lord,
If I worship You
From fear of Hell, burn me in Hell.
O Lord,
If I worship You
From hope of Paradise, bar me from its gates.
But if I worship You for Yourself alone
Then grace me forever the splendor of Your Face.

Sufism is the ancient wisdom of the heart. It is not limited by time or place or form. It always was and it always will be. There have always been lovers of God, long before they were known as Sufis. There is a story about a group of mystics, a band of lovers of God, who were called the Kamal Posh. Kamal Posh means blanket wearers, for their only possession was a blanket which they wore as a covering during the day and used as a blanket at night. As the story goes they traveled throughout the ancient world from prophet to prophet but no one could satisfy them. Every prophet told them to do this or to do that, and this did not satisfy them. Then one day, at the time of Muhammad, the Prophet was seated together with his companions when he said that in a certain number of days the men of the Kamal Posh would be coming. So it happened that in that number of days this group of Kamal Posh came to the prophet Muhammad. And when they were with him, he said nothing, but the Kamal Posh were completely satisfied. Why were they satisfied? Because he created love in their hearts, and when love is created, what dissatisfaction can there be?
Don't speak of your suffering -- He is speaking.
Don't look for Him everywhere -- He's looking for you.
An ant's foot touches a leaf, He senses it;
A pebble shifts in a streambed, He knows it.
If there's a worm hidden deep in a rock,
He'll know its body, tinier than an atom,
The sound of its praise, its secret ecstasy --
All this He knows by divine knowing.
He has given the tiniest worm its food;
He has opened to you the Way of the Holy Ones.

This is not a philosophical concept but a mystical experience: "When the mystery-of realizing that the mystic is one with the Divine-is revealed to you, you will understand that you are no other than God and that you have continued and will continue.... When you know yourself, your "I-ness" vanishes and you know that you and God are one and the same."(5) Fanâ , the loss of one's "I-ness," is a state of realizing one's essential oneness with God. Nothing becomes God or even unites with God because everything is He.

How could I ever thank my Friend?
No thanks could ever begin to be worthy.
Every hair of my body is a gift from Him;
How could I thank Him for each hair?
Praise that lavish Lord forever
Who from nothing conjures all living beings!
Who could ever describe His goodness?
His infinite glory lays all praise waste.
Look, He has graced you a robe of splendor
From childhood's first cries to old age!
He made you pure in His own image; stay pure.
It is horrible to die blackened by sin.
Never let dust settle on your mirror's shining;
Let it once grow dull and it will never polish.
When you work in the world to earn your living
Do not, for one moment, rely on your own strength.
Self-worshiper, don't you understand anything yet?
It is God alone that gives your arms their power.
If, by your striving, you achieve something good,
Don't claim the credit all for yourself;
It is fate that decides who wins and who loses
And all success streams only from the grace of God.
In this world you never stand by your own strength;
It is the Invisible that sustains you every moment.

Having a positive mental attitude is asking how something can be done rather than saying it can’t be done. To avoid situations in which you might make mistakes may be the biggest mistake of all. oftenly in troubling and stresfull situations we don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.
Sufism is the mystical part of all religions. It is not considered a religion itself. They seek a direct connection to the One Being through the shrine of the heart. The body is considered God’s temple.
A Sufi is comfortable in any church as they see the love and truth and unity that is part of all religions. As Christ said: “where your heart is there is your treasure”. The Sufi goes right for the heart and seeks all wisdom there.
Sufis exhibit universal adaptability. They exist and can worship with all religions. The Sufi allows anyone to join with them in brotherhood or sisterhood. Sufis don’t care to ask what is a person’s religion or race or belief. They stay away from fixed principles and beliefs.
In the dead of night, a Sufi began to weep.
He said, "This world is like a closed coffin, in which
We are shut and in which, through our ignorance,
We spend our lives in folly and desolation.
When Death comes to open the lid of the coffin,
Each one who has wings will fly off to Eternity,
But those without will remain locked in the coffin.
So, my friends, before the lid of this coffin is taken off,
Do all you can to become a bird of the Way to God;
Do all you can to develop your wings and your feathers."

A Dervish is a Sufi who takes a vow of poverty and they have been known for their wisdom, wit, poetry, and enlightenment. The most basic practice shared by all Sufis is meditation on the heart qualities of the Sacred or the Beloved. There are many different pathways of the heart and the idea is to experience deeper feeling and awareness or consciousness. Freedom and joy come with being at home in the heart. As we meditate on the heart we discover it to be much vaster than we first imagined.

Whether your destiny is glory or disgrace,
Purify yourself of hatred and love of self.
Polish your mirror; and that sublime Beauty
From the regions of mystery
Will flame out in your heart
As it did for the saints and prophets.
Then, with your heart on fire with that Splendor,
The secret of the Beloved will no longer be hidden.

Sufism believes that man is an instrument for the Divine. Sufism is not a religion. It is a spiritual path that is compatible with and lies at the heart of all the great religions. Love has many different qualities. For some the feeling of love is a warmth, or a sweetness, a softness or tenderness, while for others it has a feeling of peace, tranquillity or silence. Love can also come as a pain, a heartache, a sense of loss. However love comes to us we immerse ourself in this feeling; we place all of ourself in the love within the heart.
When we have evoked this feeling of love, thoughts will come, intrude into our mind—what we did the day before, what we have to do tomorrow. Memories float by, images appear before the mind's eye. We have to imagine that we are getting hold of every thought, every image and feeling, and drowning it, merging it into the feeling of love.

Hatim al-Asamm said, "I have chosen four things to know
and discarded all other things of knowledge.
"The first is this: I know that my daily bread is apportioned
to me and will neither be increased or decreased, so I have stopped
trying to add to it.
"Secondly, I know I owe to God a debt which no one else can
pay for me, so I am busy about paying it.
"Thirdly, I know that there is someone pursuing me ---
Death --- whom I cannot escape from, so I have prepared myself
to meet him.
"Fourth, I know that God is observing me, so I am ashamed
to do what I should not."

Every feeling, especially the feeling of love, is much more dynamic than the thinking process, so if one does this practice well, with the utmost concentration, all thoughts will disappear. Nothing will remain. The mind will be empty. Emptying the mind, we create an inner space where we can become aware of the presence of the Beloved. He is always here but the mind, the emotions, and the outer world veil us from Him. He is the silent emptiness, and in order to experience Him we need to become silent. In meditation we give ourself back to Him, returning from the world of forms to the limitless ocean of love within the heart.

Your love has wrested me away from me,
You're the one I need, you're the one I crave.
Day and night I burn, gripped by agony,
You're the one I need, you're the one I crave.

I find no great joy in being alive,
If I cease to exist, I would not grieve,
The only solace I have is your love,
You're the one I need, you're the one I crave.

Lovers yearn for you, but your love slays them,
At the bottom of the sea it lays them,
It has God's images-it displays them;
You're the one I need, you're the one I crave.

Let me drink the wine of love sip by sip,
Like Mecnun, live in the hills in hardship,
Day and night, care for you holds me in its grip,
You're the one I need, you're the one I crave.

Even if, at the end, they make me die
And scatter my ashes up to the shy,
My pit would break into this outcry:
You're the one I need, you're the one I crave.

"Yunus Emre the mystic" is my name,
Each passing day fans and rouses my flame,
What I desire in both worlds in the same:
You're the one I need, you're the one I crave.

Through our meditation we learn the art of being silent, receptive, empty, and attentive. We learn to listen with the inner ear of the heart which is attuned to the voice of our Beloved. Surrendering the mind in meditation, we also learn to give ourself to a reality that is not limited by reason, and this helps us to unconditionally follow the divine hint. Immersed in love, the mind becomes more malleable, less crystallized, and learns to accept a higher authority that does not follow its laws of logic. Meditation floods the mind with light and love, changing its texture, making it more accessible to the wisdom and guidance that come from a dimension of oneness.
The lover is the servant of the Beloved, and it is within the heart that He makes known His needs. When the ego and mind have become subservient to love, we are able to be attentive to Him whom we love. In being attentive to the heart we are able to fulfill the deepest purpose of our being, to "be here for Him."

Those unable to grieve,
or to speak of their love,
or to be grateful, those
who can't remember God
as the source of everything,
might be described as a vacant wind,
or a cold anvil, or a group
of frightened old people.
Say the Name. Moisten your tongue
with praise, and be the spring ground,
waking. Let your mouth be given
its gold-yellow stamen like the wild rose's.
As you fill with wisdom,
and your heart with love,
there's no more thirst.
There's only unselfed patience
waiting on the doorsill, a silence
which doesn't listen to advice
from people passing in the street.

Yunus Emre is a Sufi poet who exercised immense influence on Turkish literature from his own day until the present, because Yunus Emre is, after Ahmet Yesevi and Sultan Walad, one of the first known poets to have composed works in the spoken Turkish of his own age and region rather than in Persian or Arabic. His diction remains very close to the popular speech of the people in Central and Western Anatolia. This is also the language of a number of anonymous folk-poets, folk-songs, fairy tales, riddles (tekerlemeler), and proverbs.
Like the Oghuz Book of Dede Korkut, an older and anonymous Central Asian epic, the Turkish folklore that inspired Yunus Emre in his occasional use of tekerlemeler as a poetic device had been handed down orally to him and his contemporaries. This strictly oral tradition continued for a long while. Following the Mongolian invasion of Anatolia facilitated by the Sultanate of Rum's defeat at the 1243 Battle of Kose Dag, Islamic mystic literature thrived in Anatolia, and Yunus Emre became one of its most distinguished poets.
Poems of Sultan Yunus Emre — despite being fairly simple on the surface — evidence his skill in describing quite abstruse mystical concepts in a clear way. He remains a popular figure in a number of countries, stretching from Azerbaijan to the Balkans, with seven different and widely dispersed localities disputing the privilege of having his tomb within their boundaries.

The drink sent down from Truth,
we drank it, glory be to God.
And we sailed over the Ocean of Power,
glory be to God.

Beyond those hills and oak woods,
beyond those vineyards and gardens,
we passed in health and joy, glory be to God.

We were dry, but we moistened.
We grew wings and became birds,
we married one another and flew,
glory be to God.

To whatever lands we came,
in whatever hearts, in all humanity,
we planted the meanings Taptuk taught us,
glory be to God.

Come here, let's make peace,
let's not be strangers to one another.
We have saddled the horse
and trained it, glory be to God.

We became a trickle that grew into a river.
We took flight and drove into the sea,
and then we overflowed, glory be to God.

We became servants at Taptuk's door.
Poor Yunus, raw and tasteless,
finally got cooked, glory be to God.

Next album I decided to dedicate for the great poet from India Rabindranath Tagore. Gitanjali – Song Offerings performed in the smooth jazzy dubby reggae is the magnum opus of his poems and the work that gave him the Nobel Prize.
Rabindranath Tagore wrote in Bengali and translated to English himself. The book consists of 103 poems rooted in the ancient spiritual wisdom of India. Most of the poems found in Gitanjali are prayers written when Rabindranath Tagore experienced difficult times, he lost both his father, wife, a daughter and the son in a short time. This pain and deep devotion to God are captured in the moving prose-verses of Gitanjali, which Tagore dedicated as “Song Offerings”.

HERE is thy footstool and there rest
thy feet where live the poorest, and
lowliest, and lost.
When I try to bow to thee, my
obeisance cannot reach down to the
depth where thy feet rest among the
poorest, and lowliest, and lost
Pride can never approach to where
thou walkest in the clothes of the
humble among the poorest, and lowliest, and lost.
My heart can never find its way to
where thou keepest company with the
companionless among the poorest, the lowliest, and the lost.

What we are doing is the most important thing in life. The purpose of what we are doing here is not just obtaining day-to-day peace of mind or happiness, not just obtaining some temporary happiness or success. We are trying to obtain long-term happiness. We are not trying to obtain just the happiness of a few months, of a few years, of this life, or of our many coming lifetimes. That is all still temporary happiness. One of the most important things we are attempting to do here is to completely cease all suffering. The cause of all the sufferings of rebirth, old age, sickness, death, and all other problems is karma, or action, motivated by ignorance not knowing the nature of the I and the aggregates and other disturbing thoughts.

The time that my journey takes is long
and the way of it long.
I came out on the chariot of the first
gleam of light, and pursued my voyage
through the wildernesses of worlds leaving my track on many a star and planet.
It is the most distant course that
comes nearest to thyself, and that
training is the most intricate which
leads to the utter simplicity of a tune.
The traveller has to knock at every
alien door to come to his own, and one
has to wander through all the outer
worlds to reach the innermost shrine
at the end.
My eyes strayed far and wide before
I shut them and said " Here art thou ! "
The question and the cry "Oh,
where ? " melt into tears of a thousand
streams and deluge the world with the
flood of the assurance " I am 1 "

What happens when we die. The period between death and rebirth lasts 49 days and involves three bardos. The first is the moment of death itself. The consciousness of the newly deceased becomes aware of and accepts the fact that it has recently died, and it reflects upon its past life.

The song that I came to sing remains
unsung to this day.
I have spent my days in stringing
and in unstringing my instrument.
The time has not come true, the
words have not been rightly set ; only
there is the agony of wishing in my heart.
The blossom has not opened ; only
the wind is sighing by.
I have not seen his face, nor have I
listened to his voice ; only I have heard
his gentle footsteps from the road before my house.
The livelong day has passed in spreading his seat on the floor ;
but the lamp has not been lit and I cannot ask him into my house.
I live in the hope of meeting with him ; but this meeting is not yet.

Kabbalah says we are born due to our desires. The creation of the cosmos not as a single episode that happened way back when, but as a continual process or dance between the divine and all sentient beings due to wish for experience. And once we decide to join in this everlasting dance, all the possibilities of the universe magically open up to us. Kabbalah teaches the same spiritual framework that God used to fashion the cosmos can be employed by anyone to construct any project, work of art, business success or personal relationship.
According to Kabbalah, we are we can actually rectify our karma and our lives, our fellow human beings, and the rest of creation. That is our job. That is why we are here. And when we recognize our true purpose and harness the teachings of Kabbalah to our daily lives, we inevitably create more peace, treasure, and happiness for ourselves and all those around us.

My desires are many and my cry is pitiful, but ever didst thou save me by
hard refusals ; and this strong mercy has been wrought into my life through
and through.
Day by day thou art making me worthy of the simple, great gifts that
thou gavest to me unasked this sky and the light, this body and the life
and the mind saving me from perils of overmucli desire.
There are times when I languidly
linger and times when I awaken and
hurry in search of my goal ; but cruelly
thou hidest thyself from before me.
Day by day thou art making me
worthy of thy full acceptance by refus-
ing me ever and anon, saving me from
perils of weak, uncertain desire.

This hobby of mine gave me the opportunity to freelance for one of the Hollywood's TOP 5 Movie Director Randal Kleiser to gain experience operating my own private music records label BlackSeaRecords.com
I am here to sing thee songs.
In this hall of thine I have a corner seat-
In thy world I have no work to do ;
my useless life can only break out in tunes without a purpose.
When the hour strikes for thy silent worship
at the dark temple of midnight,
command me, my master,
to stand before thee to sing.
When in the morning air
the golden harp is tuned,
honour me, commanding my presence.

Some people are very bored of this planet Earth. And they just wish to be gone as nothing triggers their interesrt arround anymore and feels like all is lived or opposite not even have a wish for something new from here. Like whatever share of this world you want to give to me - give it to your enemies. So focusing on the highest you can go to the highest.
I am only waiting for love to give
myself up at last into his hands. That
is why it is so late and why I have
been guilty of such omissions.
They come with their laws and their
codes to bind me fast; but I evade
them ever, for I am only waiting for
love to give myself up at last into his hands.
People blame me and call me heedless;
I doubt not they are right in their blame.
The market day is over and work is

to call me in vain have gone back in

If you still daubt necesity for meditation just try this: Sit or lie comfortably on your chair or cushion. Close your eyes. Make no effort to control the breath; simply breathe naturally. Focus your attention on the breath and on how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation. For begining thats enough. And grab your 10G private satelite communication with Him.
I ask for a moment's indulgence to sit by thy side.
The works that I have in hand I will finish afterwards.
Away from the sight of thy face my heart knows no rest nor respite, and
my work becomes an endless toil in a shoreless sea of toil.
Today the summer has come at my window with its sighs and murmurs;
and the bees are plying their minstrelsy at the court of the flowering grove.
Now it is time to sit quiet, face to face with thee, and to sing dedication
of life in this silent and overflowing leisure.

come upon me with a shower of mercy.
When grace is lost from life,
come with a burst of song.

When tumultuous work raises its din
on all sides shutting me out from beyond,
come to me, my lord of silence, with
thy peace and rest.
come upon me with a shower of mercy.
When my beggarly heart sits crouched,
shut up in a corner, break open the door,

In the Tao Te Ching the primordial power is described as that of a mother. Lao Tze described Kundalini as the "spirit of the valley" (in which flows the Nadi of Sushumna). The spirit of the valley never dies. The spiritual instrument within us can be described as a microcosm (miniature form of creation) which links us with the Divine. The ancient esoteric text "Scripture of the Golden Flower" also spoke of the effects of the awakened kundalini energy. Also The Lord Buddha spoke of the "middle path" to achieve nirvana. He was actually describing the central channel (sushumna) through which the Kundalini ascends. Later Buddhist masters considered that the existence of the path of liberation within a human being was the greatest secret. They transmitted it to only a few deserving disciples.

EARLY in the day it was whispered that
we should sail in a boat, only thou and
I, and never a soul in the world would
know of this our pilgrimage to no
country and to no end.
In that shoreless ocean, at thy silently
listening smile my songs would swell
in melodies, free as waves, free from all
bondage of words.
Is the time not come yet ? Are there
works still to do ? Lo, the evening
has come down upon the shore and in
the fading light the seabirds come
flying to their nests.
Who knows when the chains will be
off, and the boat, like the last glimmer
of sunset, vanish into the night ?

In the ancient scriptures, meditation is asociated with kundalini and is described in three different manifestations. The first is unmanifest cosmic energy: Para-kundalini. The second is vital energy of the created universe: Prana-kundalini. The third is consciousness: Shakti-kundalini, the intermediary between the other two.
Shakti-kundalini is the link to higher awareness, the revealer of all mantras, and the eternal source of bliss flowing from sahasrara (crown chakra). Through her shristi krama (process of creation), she creates by descending from sahasrara through all the chakras. She sustains by abiding in the muladhara chakra. Through her laya karma (process of absorption), she destroys or dissolves by ascending and returning to sahasrara.
When Shakti descends to the lower chakras, she is known as jagan mohini (world bewilder) and causes maya: delusion, limitation, ignorance, and ensnarement in material life. As she descends, she becomes grosser and loses her power and subtlety.

HAVE you not heard his silent steps ?
He comes, comes, ever comes.
Every moment and every age, every
day and every night he comes, comes, ever comes.
Many a song have I sung in many a
mood of mind, but all their notes have
always proclaimed, "
He comes, comes, ever comes."
In the fragrant days of sunny April
through the forest path
he comes, comes, ever comes.
In the rainy gloom of July nights on
the thundering chariot of clouds
he comes, comes, ever comes.
In sorrow after sorrow it is his steps
that press upon my heart, and it is
the golden touch of his feet that
makes my joy to shine.

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily I say unto thee, except a man born be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God... Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God. That which is born of flesh is flesh, and that which is born of Spirit is spirit." John 3:5-7 Many scholars have long seen the correlation with what the East calls, chi, kundalini or prana, and the Holy Spirit. Chi, kundalini, or prana are all words for the subtle energies in the body, and are all seen as manifestations of Shakti, or the Goddess (or Divine Mother). The Holy Spirit is the subtle force that connects us to the universe and gives us life, which is the definition of Chi, kundalini or prana (along with other terms). When we say that the union of Shiva (Divine Father) and Shakti (Divine Mother) is the whole of creation, we are also saying that the union of the Father and Holy Spirit is the whole of God.

Kundalini: “She who is coiled; serpent power. The primordial cosmic energy in every individual which eventually, through the practice of yoga, rises up the sushumn nadi. As it rises, the kunalini awakens each successive chakra. Nirvikalpa samdhi, enlightenment, comes as it pierces through the door of Brahman at the core of the sahasrra and enters!” Hinduism Today
“The Kundalini is your own mother - your individual Mother. And She has tape-recorded all your past and your aspirations — everything! And She rises because She wants to give you your second birth. But She is your individual Mother. You don't share Her with anybody else. Yours is a different, somebody else's is different because the tape-recording is different. We say She is the reflection of the Adi Shakti who is called as Holy Ghost in the Bible. But She rises without any difficulty. Hardly any time it takes." — Shri Mataji

God will reward you for diligently seeking him, as religious texts promise. Expect God to do much more than you could do on your own. God will accept any prayer since he’s always willing to meet us where we are. But if we pray without expecting God to respond, we limit what we’re inviting him to do in our lives. On the other hand, if we approach God with faith-filled prayers, we may see something wonderful and miraculous happen. So believe is a key.

If you want to pray powerfully, you must pray for things that require great assistance, things that you could not just easily change on your own. Don’t limit your prayers to simple situations that don’t require much divine intervention to change. Instead, make a habit of praying for big things that only God can do. For example, instead of praying to get through each workday, pray for a bigger vision of your vocation and the courage you need to fulfill it, even if that means finding an entirely new job. God will respond to any prayer, no matter how small. Since you can approach God with confidence, pray for the biggest, most powerful prayers that you can?

ance to be found ? Our master himself
has joyfully taken upon him the bonds
of creation ; he is bound with us all for ever.
Come out of thy meditations and
leave aside thy flowers and incense !
What harm is there if thy clothes
become tattered and stained ? Meet
him and stand by him in toil and in sweat of thy brow.
Gitanjali, Rabindranath Tagore

When something bad happens, don’t just throw out a few brief prayers for God’s help. Instead, grab hold of God’s promises and fight to see them realized in this fallen world. Be persistent, praying until God gives you answers. Don’t give up praying about a situation until God’s power comes into it.
In the deep shadows of the rainy July,
with secret steps, thou walkest, silent
as night, eluding all watchers.
To-day the morning has closed its
eyes, heedless of the insistent calls of
the loud east wind,
and a thick veil has
been drawn over the ever-wakeful blue sky.
The woodlands have hushed their
songs, and doors are all shut at every
house. Thou art the solitary wayfarer
in this deserted street. Oh my only
friend, my best beloved, the gates are
open in my house do not pass by like a dream.
Gitanjali, Rabindranath Tagore

To pray effectively, you must rely on God's strength and allow it to empower you when you face challenging situations. Be aware that the discouragement or despair you feel may be caused by evil that is opposing your efforts to grow closer to God. Prayer requires perseverance. You must learn to have faith in God's plan and trust that he will guide you, even when you are going through very difficult times.
If the day is done,
if birds sing no more,
if the wind has flagged tired,
then draw the veil of darkness thick upon me,
From the traveller, whose sack of provisions is empty
before the voyage is ended, whose garment is torn and dust-laden,
whose strength is exhausted,
remove shame and poverty,
and renew his life like a flower
under the cover of thy kindly night.
Gitanjali, Rabindranath Tagore

zHustlers 108 mindsets are coming to conclusion with some of poetry from zHustlers latest very smooth eastern chillout mindset album with the same name as this book composed by zHustlers.  This album is a bit different from others adding more asian style and me personaly also playing Chinese music instrument goujang in some parts of the most of the songs. It's more about urrender spiritualy completely giving up your own will and subjects and thoughts, ideas, and deeds to the will and teachings of a higher power. So comes the Swinged in Love.

I don't have power to explain myself
How powerless I am when loosing sight of yours
Your face is giving me the mightest strenght
I turned my head a while aside and now
Relieve of my misery is only You again
Only when my thoughts and sight are with you
I feel swinged in the gentle Love
And softly carried through the day
My only fear is will I be strong
To break not this sacred chat
So it can last my lifetime long
To die with words and thoughts of You

Sometimes I'm wondering for myself how daily routine and performance of a family duties can drag me far away from the most nicesiest and enjoyable things on this Earth - the most basic ones - given by God - nature, Sun, Moon, Stars. Sometimes to remind me back about it I made up this song.
My life's abundance - I have all
My lungs still breathe the air
And heart is pumping life through veins
And eyes can see the Sun and Moon
It is just me and me alone whose  wasting
Gods gifts of all I need for happiness
I'm reading news when beauty of the Moon's uncovered
I'm writing news when splendour of the Sun is up
It's there for me - but I don't see it.
My lifestyle wasting gifts of God.
At the end all news are old.
Only the Sun and Moon is there
Not the news about secondary
If I would give my life my time to this infinity not news
Wouldn't I become a part of this infinity?

As “spirit,” human beings have consciousness, which allows them to rise above the sensory experiences they have in any given moment. Doing so we reduce our ego. Yet, at the same time, we are bound to our physical bodies, senses and instincts, like any other animal. They are part of the natural world and are subject to the risks and vulnerabilities of mortality, including death and cause us degredation of a spirit. So aim of our life should be focusing on most huighest heard things in a lifetime to guarantee aquisition of the next birth at some place nice.
Is there a difference in the pig farm which pig eats most which pigs sleeps best?
They all'll be slaughtered. No bullies left. No memories of their existence. No maps of hidden food for later. No other impact on the earth.
Than just a poo of one who eat it.
Is there a difference in this world between the one who think he can and one who think he shouldn't.
Between the one who drives and one who's driven on a back. No memories or stories of their existence if it wasn't a glory.
Glory of what? Of proving that your ego was high enough to take and kill? Is that a victory? They all will die. No bullies left.
Stays only Farm and Earth. From Earth to Farm from Farm to Earth. Hi-hi, ha-ha, no changes left. Not reached the goal.
No difference between the animals and humans. Except that we can pray and be prepared. When slaughter of the Farm called Earth will happen -
at least become a poo at some place nice - not Earth.

From the colonial period through the nineteenth century, ancient Rome often served as a touchstone for slaveholders in the United States--the slaveholding "civilization" that they aspired to emulate. But how did ancient Romans themselves conceive and institutionalize slavery? And how did their understandings of freedom hinge on the deveolpment of a slave system. Capitalist society is mainly to blame for the slavery in the U.S., not slave society such as with Roman slavery. Of course there are some similarities between how slaves were treated, but the societies were very different. The primary form of exploitation in the U.S. was and remains wage slavery, not slave society.
I wish I could say I'm here on Earth by accident but lol it's not.
I'm not here by mystery as-well.
This time I'm here because the last was not enough:
To understand that life of poor and rich, ones born in castles and lagoons, ones grown in sheds and slums, ones praying loud ones silently - are guided by illusion of the master - To waste the time instead of planning exit from this abode of slavery - the Earth.
Will I be better as a soul to live this human life like dog? Does it helps me as a Human to train my lust like monkey?
So what is my achievement if I am still on Earth? And what where my misdeeds that I was born on Earth?
Knowing God - that he exists has brought me to this Earth as human. Misled by choices serve or slave made Earth a camp for me today.
Slave of Earth - a slave for fame and glory. For likes and shares. For money, power. For recognition, paper with a stamp and status. Slave for my and me. This is Earth and everyone is a sibling here. The queen and I both wiped our poo with paper. The planet of the slaves not servants. Slave queen slave me.
Can I get out? Can someone please release me? Yes of course just learn to serve! Be slave until you learn to Serve. Serve the One who is famous and the only Glory. Like and share his name to serve Him. Bring the Money and the Power for Him so he has it to give it to you! And be a servant not a slave. Be Free by choosing Serve instead of born as Slave on Earth.

Love Comes from God. There are moments when you are indeed in a full unity of bliss in oneness during meditation. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God remains in us, and His love is perfected in us. By this we know that we remain in Him, and He in us: He has given us of His Spirit. No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is Himself God and is at the Father's side, has made Him known. John 1:18 He alone is immortal and dwells in unapproachable light. No one has ever seen Him, nor can anyone see Him. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen. 1 Timothy 6:16
I dreamed tonight I walked with you today
We walked along the shores of silver lake
White robes on body and happiness  on face
I looked alone - but Knew - I am with you.
I didn't need to see you to believe you
Nor I was flattered by thy presence
It's just reality - the way it was that day and is forever
I walked with God. Alone. I didn't see him.

The ancient moksha concept or liberation from the cycle of birth and death through self-knowledge and the eternal connection of soul, self and metaphysical Brahman. Moksha is derived from root meaning free, let go, release, liberate; Moksha means "liberation, freedom, emancipation of the soul". In the Vedas and early Upanishads, the word appears a bit different giving meaning more like to be set free or release - such as of a horse from its harness or a slave.
The traditions within Hinduism state that there are multiple paths to moksha - the path of knowledge, the path of devotion; and path of action. In a sanskrit text called Brahma-nirvana in the Bhagavad Gita it is the described as a state of release or liberation; the union with the Brahman. According to Easwaran, it is an experience of blissful egolessness.

I love that place - the Home
I know I'm loved there and awaited
It's been my mission out too long
Remembering the songs of yours
But now I know that I can sing
That I was born here only sing
To sing your praises day and night
That bring me back to you in mind
My home songs, songs of One, the praises
The magic of the duty expelled
The highest pleasures realised
The only freedom dreamed about

Buddha taught that the way to bring an end to suffering is to engage in four activities, classically called the Four Right Efforts. Buddha did not teach that one should attempt to bring about the cessation of desire. Purpose of Dharma is that by doing our duties we will keep our lifes so the minds clean. First, we practice loving awareness, or mindfulness of our own body, actions, words, feelings, and thoughts. We come to know what thoughts and feelings give rise to suffering, and what thoughts and feelings give rise to health, peace, and joy. Then, moment by moment, we do these four things in relation to each thought, feeling, or desire. I enjoy mood of Tibet's monasteries a lot.
Can I get this can I get that
I want the all that blink and crunch
Inside - most marvellous carousel
Stays untouched, unused for years
To walk, to eat, to talk - takes years
To learn to want the things takes same
Aim for the things of wisdom
Learn through the years the Unity
Get down inside you through the times of silence
Get down and put your hand to turn the wheels
Of carousel which lays untouched for years
Which powered is just by simple breath
And let the carousel of Life take turns
To right to left to centre up and down
With songs of silence, comedies of joy
With colour 3D picture dolby surround blasting you around
Enjoy the carousel of Life within you
It's not so hard and not expensive
Besides all secrets lies in dreamy breath full ride
The power to change the future and the presence.
With such a splendid factory of toys within you
Its easy find contentment for the heart
It just takes time to pass the gates of silence
To enter carousel of void within your heart

I trully appreciate my parents role in my education process fundamental problem is that we live our life with the concept that these things are permanent. We look at them as permanent and expect them to be permanent. This concept is what makes life difficult. We look at these things in the wrong way, as something that they are not. We look at these impermanent things as permanent, we apprehend them to be permanent, and we expect them to be permanent. Having this concept is the fundamental problem of life. We look at things in this way, but we don’t experience them in this way. What we experience in our daily life is something else; we experience change, decay, things not lasting.
Mother, mummy, my dear Giver of Life
I must be nasty pooping all the time in face on hands in beds and floors
I have must been peed in every bed I can't even remember
What a nasty child I was
And all the youngsters troubles I was bringing home
With rockenrol and drugs and alcohol
Oh crazy what a loving mother bears
By raising up a boy who's born for freedom
I am so grateful for wiping poo
For letting be the hooligan and search for Truth
For not exclaiming stops for my activities
But giving heartiest support in everything
The mothers love can never be replaced
Not repaid or given back to her
They literally gives their lives for us
The Mothers. Amazing Mothers.

The meaning of Dharma means that which holds one from falling down into suffering. Dharma protects, or frees, you from all true suffering, such as death and rebirth, and from the true cause of suffering, karma and disturbing thoughts. Dharma protects you from all true suffering and its causes. So, that is not something external—it’s your own mind. With this mind of Dharma, we try to cease the other minds that bring suffering, the continuation of which did not have a beginning and which we experience endlessly, life after life. We are trying to cease the cycle of death and rebirth, to end suffering completely. There is nothing more important in our life than this work. If we are able to stop suffering rebirth, it means we are able to stop the sufferings of old age and sickness, as well as death. We are able to stop all the problems we experience between rebirth and death and those we experience between death and rebirth. Is there anything more important to do than this?

Soul has its Ego as the legs
They move her towards mystery
Soul has its Happiness as arms
They shaping everything around it
So bend your legs. Down on your knees and cross them.
Reduce the comfort, but gain the bliss of inner peace.
Let legs be able travel wide and far.
Just staying crossed, ready to run for inner journey.
So free your hands. Down on your knees and breath the charged up air with Godly energy.
Feel billions particles of Love with just one silent sound.
Tune up your self with song resembling Glory of the Universe.
Let hands and mind, with legs and breath perceive the magic
of the Air coming inside your Body.
Enjoy the carousel of life within the breath spinning the life within you.
See turning wheels of different lights and colours ordaining your daily life.
Distinguish the most sacred Truth from Splendid Lies within the seconds.
Path further the compassion of life the air is gifting you.
No need for principles or moral laws, even commandments after.
Love. Life. Joy. Gratitude to the Sustainer and Creator for The lessons upon End.
Comes in a form of thousand millions Laws within one word - Compassion.
To pass these days in fearless, harmless way and reach the Goal.

We are trying to achieve the peerless happiness of full enlightenment, the mental state that is free from even the subtle imprint left on the mental continuum by ignorance, the concept of true existence, and that is perfected in all realizations. We are trying to achieve full enlightenment in order to be able to perfectly guide every sentient being, whose mind is obscured and who is experiencing suffering; to be able to free them from all their sufferings and obscurations and lead them to the peerless happiness of full enlightenment. This is the main goal of our listening to, reflecting, and meditating on the path to enlightenment.

Should I explain you sorrows of my daily hardships.
Or should I tell you more about the sounds of Divine Harp in my left ear.
My sorrows, wishes or regrets as-well as victory is boring.
I found it out each neighbour has the same.
But the tune in my left air or sometimes in the right is snugging.
And I found out - the ones who has it - for them the all is Whole
- and Each - the same.

There’s nothing more important to do in our life than to achieve the state of omniscient mind, the fully awakened mind, in order to perfectly guide all sentient beings to this state. Being able to do perfect work, without the slightest mistake, for all sentient beings depends on generating the graduated path to enlightenment within our mind. And that depends on developing our mind in the complete path to enlightenment. In order for this to happen we need to purify our obstacles and to create the necessary condition, merit. We need to do these two things to be successful in training our mind in the path, in meditating on the path, which means transforming our mind into the graduated path to enlightenment.

I keep on searching for the peace in eyes of my companions,
But rarely do I found it.
I keep on searching for the love in eyes of both my wives,
But did I ever saw it.
I keep on searching for the continuation of me within my children.
But they have got their own of it enough.
I keep on searching for the contemplation within a home,
But was able never to stay there by myself.
I keep on searching then for the meaning of all this,
But there is none than just experience.
